We were bummed that a certain nationally-known "wearhouse" had such limited options and really steep prices for suit rentals, even after we applied coupons given to us by their sister company. We decided to give Dana a call, and she was super thrilled to work with us. She has so many great-looking options, the price was easily $100 less than, and the service was far more personable. While I'm making sure the ladies look great, I'm confident she will take care of the guys. :) It was a painless experience! I'm one happy bride!

Horrible service. I graduated from Marine Corps bootcamp Sept 1, and had to get chevrons placed onto my uniforms. I was looking at local places that do clothing adjustments/tailoring; and came across Dana's Tuxedo. I called and asked if they could get it done before my 10 day leave was up and the owner said it can get done. I brang my uniforms and clear, concise instructions on how to properly stitch the chevrons. After I recieved my uniforms back the measurements were off and the chevron was croocked. If I didn't get recruiters assistance to extend my leave (which I did get), I would have had to report to my duty station with a messed up uniform (if you think the military will be ok with that then you think wrong). So instead I had to get an individual to properly sew them on right... Point being is that an owner of a tux/clothing alteration shop should have enough schooling and knowledge to do something so simple; expecially for a military service member with written instruction.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I got the job done when I said it would be done. I measured properly 4" down from center. Patches on 2 short sleeves shirts were exact. Thread color exact. I have sewn on 100's of patches and never had a complaint such as yours. I am very obsessive about measurements because I know how important they are to everyone especially the military. You may feel i did not attach them properly. But terrible service is something we do not do.
