I am reviewing the Online store only, not the actual mall stores but this company is Shady.

This online order was not ready when I went to the store for the promised in-store pickup and I was told it would take weeks to complete. I found no indication when I ordered it about when it would be done. I needed this item so I paid for one at the store which was made on the spot. I have spoken to the cust svc dept and they refused my request for a refund saying that the item was already "in process". I emailed to cancel my order within 3 hours of ordering and they didnt get back to me for 5 days then said it was "just finishing up". clearly a lie because it only takes about 20 minutes to produce the item.

this is the verbatim response from the svc person:

"When an order is placed, we process it quickly as we can in order for it to be created and shipped out as soon as possible. I do see that this order was processed within the first hour of order placement. It is wrapping up production at this time. We cannot cancel orders after they have been processed."

"...at this time.." is now 7 days after i tried to cancel the order, to make an item that takes 20 minutes in the store.

"....Shipped as soon as possible..." is where they allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. And insist that they are within the time frame and so don't owe me a refund.

Basically they just don't want to make a refund. there is no reasonable reason they shouldn't but they obviously prefer to lose a customer and many others.
