Has your belayer ever said, "No way I'm belaying you for that project" because they're sick of getting slammed into the wall when you whip?

Get rid of that excuse with the +EDELRID OHM.

See how it works: http://blog.weighmyrack.com/for-climbers-with-a-large-weight-difference-the-edelrid-ohm-detailed-technical-review/

So many people asked for Slings on WMR and we originally wondered why. After researching slings for 2 months we figured out why.

More than 30% of the manufacturers don't list sling weights publicly on their own sites.

We've worked hard to collect and present 21 brands of sortable, filterable slings. And you can see them all here:

How many brands would you guess made harnesses?

We asked this to a handful of climbers. There guesses were between 16-25. Sounds pretty reasonable considering you see maybe 5 brands at most retailers.

Turns out, the number (so far) is 36. You can see the list here:

Recently we've been adding transcripts (by hand) to our videos. We were wondering if it was worth the effort since YouTube has the ability to transcribe the videos automatically.

Is it worth the effort?

Automatic YouTube Transcript:

Georgia is a audit Huber made out of stainless steel that is perfectly suitable for small climbing top rope thing fingerprint climbing and also Jim use it can work with rolled from 89 up to 11 millimetres...

what's happening here is that they're dangling rope tilt the device and the Caribbean locks into this group effort reading a passage that is too narrow for the road to pass through them and locking it off.

Hand-written transcript:

The Jul2 is an “auto-tuber” made out of stainless steel that is perfectly suitable for sport climbing, top-roping, single pitch climbing and also gym use. It can work with rope from 8.9 up to 11 millimeters.

What's happening here is that the dangling rope tilts the device and the carabiner locks into this groove therefore creating a passage that is too narrow for the rope to pass through and locking it off.
