This is a really nice place to go to if you're a first time hookah user. We went there on V-day before 7pm so there wasn't a lot of people but around 8pm, people started pouring in. The service was very good (a bit overbearing at times but it's better to have servers who care vs not giving a crap). There was a nice-sized list of hookah flavors and prices. I'm not an expert on hookahs but my bf is an experienced user and he had a wonderful time. "Very good quality hookah." We only had appetizers, which were pretty good (hummus and chicken fingers), so the bill didn't turn out to be ridiculous. The music they played was a bit random but nothing too bad (one would think to play love-themed songs for Valentine's day at the very least). The lighting was a nice, soft, low-light area. There's no relianle heating set up so you might end up wearing your winter wear for a period of time before you warm up. I highly recommend this place during a less crowded time.

The food that we ordered was very enjoyable. Fish and chips were crispy and not too oily. The steak was tasty and the mashed potatoes were awesome. The servers (majority of them) were responsive and very friendly. The decor was lovely. Definitely recommend this place for a nice date spot.

I had a fun time with my partner but I would like to list out my pros and cons on this company: PROS - instructors are attentive, helpful, and try to create a fun environment for everyone - Cost of a class is cheap - Location is convenient CONS - multiple classes going on in one room so that can get distracting - moves taught in basic classes repeat 97% of the time in other basic classes (the instructor informed her class of this), which makes it annoying to want to learn newer basic moves if the same thing is going to be repeated in the next class - Basic moves may vary from traditional salsa - bring a partner (not a complaint but advice because even though they try to pair you up with someone, there is generally not enough males in the class or those who want to take on a male role so you'll be left dancing by yourself for most of the class) SUGGESTIONS TO FIX CONS - this might be due to budgeting issues but see if you can just have once class going on in one of those giant rooms or maybe get a smaller room - On the website, list out the dance moves being taught so customers can decide whether those moves are worth practicing again or if the ratio of new moves to old moves are worth taking a chance on (this can be done by creating a mouse over feature over the class listings on the website). Overall, fun for a one-time use but not worth going back unless it's more structured.

For a spot in Manhattan, I expected the food to be a bit better but sadly, I was highly disappointed. The drinks were extremely watered down and the food was horrendous. I ordered the "Loaded Tots" and what I got were warm tots, strips of what looked to be imitation cheddar cheese (which didn't even melt completely), three bacon crumbs (about as large as a thumbtack), and bits of scallion. Would not recommend this place at all until they get better cooks and servers.
