BTW  Hernando county, where this took place, has 71% of kids in school on a school lunch program. Poverty is a different world. I think this kid needs direction, not a life altering consequence for a primal fight, or flight, response.

The food was great but the music was way too loud. I feel like if they turned the volume down by half, it would have been much improved; we went home with a headache. The server didn't acknowledge us for nearly 20 minutes. He seemed upset to have to serve us, but warmed up by the end of the meal. The atmosphere was ruined by the loud music and douche ball bros sitting behind us who kept bumping our chairs. The place seems like it was set up to be a sports bar but is being forced into a weird night club direction. I think that if the sports bar attitude was kept and the loud music was trashed, the bro turds would find another location to bump chairs and scream at the top of their lungs. I think could be a great low key location with open space and awesome door if the staff attitude improves and the club music is turned down.

Penny was pretty disappointing- the beer selection was lacking, the server seemed distant and annoyed. After getting our drinks we had to wait about a half hour to see her again to ask to take our order; it wasn't crowded or a weekend night. The pretzels and beer cheese dip was gross, too salty and the pretzel balls seemed old. The last time I visited, the Mac and cheese was delicious and the fried pickles were great. This time took a pretty hard nose dive.

The waitress was friendly and helpful,(Nicole) and the food was traditional, delicious pub food. Great place to watch a game with great beer selection. I'll keep going back.

Poor staff service, and I found a hair in my food. I wanted to like this place, but I guess not.
