No matter how slowly you move towards your goal, keep moving that same direction - if you slide backwards, don't turn around & face that way, just chalk it up to one of those things & keep moving towards your health & fitness improving overall - we ALL slide from time to time, so don't beat yourself up over it - just keep moving forward. You can do this, you know, just keep talking to yourself in the right ways - no negativity - be uplifting even in your own head and work on building yourself up rather than beating yourself down. It is amazing the changes you'll start to see in yourself when you talk lovingly to yourself, so give it a try - keep moving & keep going & we'll keep working on you one day at a time ♥

Halloween is next week already! My tip - don't buy any candy until the 31st - you won't need it till that night anyways & why have all that temptation sitting around staring at you?
