The BioThermo system is suited for use in any winery; its pre-assembled structure is simple and does not require any infrastructure or exceptional large goods transport. It uses neither steam nor heated water, and requires neither special operating licenses or operators.
When configured as a Chiller, the Biothermo permits very low, even sub-zero temperatures to be reached without using costly products like liquid nitrogen or dry ice, in this way affording significant savings in utilization costs.
