Weds Feb 18th at 3pm - NEDCO FREE business workshops
"Profit & Loss accountability" (A very simple way to create, understand and use your profit and loss sheet to make informed decisions for your business)
Location: Planet Smoothie 444 West Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85201

The Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement is also known as the Income Statement. It shows how well a company buys and sells inventory (or services) to make a profit. A firm must create a profit in order to survive and remain solvent. Careful analysis of the components of a P&L is important in determining the cash flow available to repay existing debt, finance additional debt (for business expansion), or to reinvest in the company.

The Downtown Visioning Committee will join RAILmesa to discuss Downtown opportunities! This Thursday 02/12/2015
Thursday Feb 12 at 6pm
Queen's Pizzeria & Cafe 127 W Main St
Agenda:
1. Downtown Visioning Committee
Members of the Downtown Visioning Committee will join us. Here are the questions they are asking of downtown stakeholders. Please come and give input.
a) What are some things you believe are going well for downtown? What programs / events / current happenings should the city continue?
b) Likewise, what aren’t we doing so well? What should we be working on? Is there something or some element missing? What should we be focusing on as a priority to help downtown grow and thrive?
b) The City of Mesa /Downtown Visioning Committee wants this to be YOUR downtown and for you to feel welcome and comfortable here. What is needed downtown to get you to come here more often? Another way to frame… if you were king/queen for the day, what would you bring to downtown that would make it a place you want to be often?
d) Do you have any questions for the Committee? Other groups we should be meeting with or reaching out to?
2. Follow up on January Meeting Items
a. RAILmesa: Connections Walking Audit
Results of the walking audit done on 01/10 in Downtown Mesa
b. Artspace Community Design Meetings
