As most of you know, I've been making travel videos lately, and here is my newest addition.

I finally got my hands on a Mavic Pro, after waiting 2 months for it to be delivered, and on this trip, I hit a branch, and watched it crash down into the Rhone River in Geneva. The crash footage and a tribute to my Mavic (I named him Goose) is at the 4:42 mark in the video.

+Artem Russakovskii You're one of the few people I know with a Mavic. Thought you might like to know that even with it fully submerged for about an hour, I stuck it in a bag of rice for 3 days, and it's flying like nothing happened now. Truly remarkable. To add to that, I powered it on while it was still damp inside (the day it happened), and white smoke started pouring out.

24 Hours in Geneva, Switzerland

Finally finished editing the footage from last weekend. Forgot one of the most important tools I use for filming, so the footage is a little shaky in parts.

A new 20 People, 1 Question - Flight Attendant Edition

Let me know what you think!

(I used a new microphone, and had much better results, but it still wasn't perfect. I also had a few issues with manually focusing again, but the more of these I do, the better they will get.)

So, in addition to the "20 People, 1 Question" videos I'm doing, I'm also trying to make travel videos for each place I go. The premise is, here's what you can do in 24 hours in a bunch of different places. I'm brand new to video production, but I'm diving right in and hoping for loads if feedback to make them better. Would love input from you guys!

As you guys know, I'm a big fan of asking questions. I've been doing the QotD (now on facebook) every weekday for almost 8 years now, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I've always been fascinated by how differently so many people answer the same question, and that fascination sparked an idea.

This video is the first in a series I'm calling '20 People, 1 Question.' I set up a camera, and asked people to answer one question, and allow me to record their reaction and response. Consider this a video version of the QotD.

When mom passed away in January, I committed to taking time to focus on the people who live in the places we visit instead of just the scenery. I'm going to try to do one of these in every location I visit, plus a lot from around Orlando. I hope you guys like it, and will follow along as I try to make connections through people and places. If you like this, please consider sharing it!

As always, feedback is welcome!

Really can't wait to work on the shots I took from Peru. This was taken in Huacachina, and it was maybe the coolest place I've ever seen.
