I'm having a difficult time with the follow through of this dealership. I am working with General Motors Customer Engagement Center on 2 recalls for my vehicle. They set me up with Quality Chevrolet bc of their proximity. We made a 3 way call, a member from Quality Chevrolet informed me that the part was going to take 7 to 10 business days to get there. While an inconvenience, I waited. I called after I did not receive a call back and they don't have a record of the parts being ordered. They have my VIN number, but no parts were ordered by their employee. Unacceptable. I want to add that everyone I've spoken to has been courteous and professional, but you have to have a better system set up.

I've come to Chevy a couple times in the past and my experience as always is wonderful. I don't have any complaints other then the fact I think Uriel should get a raise, he takes care of me everytime I go and always does the best and never let's me down. He's smart knowledgeable and just an all around great employee to have.

SERVICE DEPT REVIEW: It cost us $240 for them to run a diagnostic test to find out what's wrong with our car, only for them to tell us they're not sure. So they quoted us $4K to possibly fix the problem or $10K to for sure fix the problem. Not sure why I'm not giving them 1-star. I

Ill give it two stars for the simple reason that they where nice. I feel it was like that because they were trying to make a sale. Threw them an offer they said they could work on that if they ran my credit. Had me thinking we where close to a deal but when they got what they wanted they didnt come down 1 penny. Could not negotiate with them at all. Went to carlsbad instead. They really do work with you unlike here.

Bottom line here is simple : you folks are the standard by which EVERY dealership should strive to emulate. Your service department is without question the best in every aspect. Courteous, efficient, competent... Most important, your staff actually communicates with the customer where others merely talk AT you instead of with you. Great service and more that expected courtesy! They even noticed that my remote had become a bit weak, so Maria changed the battery on her! I've got great new brakes, oil and a thorough check out plus a fresh remote battery I did not even ask for. I got a big smile and a "thanks for the business"!
