My family and I were on vacation when our vehicle started having problems. We were very dissappointed, we never expected to have issues with our new vehicle; luckily for us, we were close by Quality Chevrolet and they saved our vacation. Ken and his team were amazing, they took time out of their busy day to help us out and get all the work done in time for us to return home safely. We can't thank them enough for everything that they did, I wished all other Chevy dealerships were as dedicated as these guys.

I made a service appointment because of a Check Engine Light (plus I was close to needing my 25,000 mile check-up). Dropped off my Spark at Quality Chevy on AUG 3 at 1130. Was contacted by my Service Rep that afternoon - informing me that my Spark needed a new thermostat, and that they didn't have one in stock. I called on AUG 5 for an update - - because I needed my car back that afternoon (or at least by AUG 6). Was told that a new thermostat had not been received yet, but that I could stop by to get a loaner car. Did that on AUG 6. Didn't get any updates until I reached out on AUG 10. Didn't get my car back until the evening of AUG 15. I am surprised that it would take that long to get a part for a Chevy Spark. I was disappointed that I didn't receive updates/estimates until I contacted the dealership to request this. But it appears there's some lack of communication within the GM parts ordering/tracking process, since my Service Rep didn't even know when the thermostat would arrive when he contacted me on the morning of AUG 15 (the day the part actually arrived).

If I could give zero stars I would! Got a new "used" Traverse in February and took it to Quality Chevrolet for oil change and to be looked over. Within a few days I needed to use the windshield washer. No fluid came out, assuming the fluid reservoir was empty I purchased more but when I went to fill the reservoir it was full. After a few months I finally found the time to take the car to a local mechanic - who is awesome btw!! When he called me to pick it up he asked who's been working on it because all the hoses had recently been pinched off so no fluid could flow thru them. He took the clamps off and it now works fine. You won't find me going back to Quality Chevrolet-not even to use the public restroom!!! Shame on you guys!!

Bottom line here is simple : you folks are the standard by which EVERY dealership should strive to emulate. Your service department is without question the best in every aspect. Courteous, efficient, competent... Most important, your staff actually communicates with the customer where others merely talk AT you instead of with you. I will continue to bring my baby in whenever she needs attention with the confidence in knowing that she's in great hands. Thank you all.

Ill give it two stars for the simple reason that they where nice. I feel it was like that because they were trying to make a sale. Threw them an offer they said they could work on that if they ran my credit. Had me thinking we where close to a deal but when they got what they wanted they didnt come down 1 penny. Could not negotiate with them at all. Went to carlsbad instead. They really do work with you unlike here.

I'm having a difficult time with the follow through of this dealership. I am working with General Motors Customer Engagement Center on 2 recalls for my vehicle. They set me up with Quality Chevrolet bc of their proximity. We made a 3 way call, a member from Quality Chevrolet informed me that the part was going to take 7 to 10 business days to get there. While an inconvenience, I waited. I called after I did not receive a call back and they don't have a record of the parts being ordered. They have my VIN number, but no parts were ordered by their employee. Unacceptable. I want to add that everyone I've spoken to has been courteous and professional, but you have to have a better system set up.
