Great spot for a pint, especially when there's rugby on. The traditional carvery is incredible if you're looking for a hearty lunch. Also a good spot for traditional Irish music sessions if you time your visit right.

Great pub. It's one of the few in Dublin where you can find Kilkenny. A gem near grafton street

Best food we had in Ireland. Everything was delicious and the ambiance is wonderful and cozy. Would go back to Dublin just to have more of their corned beef. Go on Wednesday nights to hear Raglan Trail!

Visited O'Neill for a drink on Sunday to taste their craft beers. Pub was moderately busy. Ordered a pint of O'Hara stout and a hot Whiskey on the 1st floor. Was disappointed with the service from the young Irish waiter. Was told that they had no hot water, I had to insist, suggesting to him how to get one (ask one of the float staff to get one downstairs) , he begrudgingly sent the order to the downstairs bar. I got my O'Hará stout first in a "Guinness" glass and had to ask after 15 minutes where the hot whiskey was. Body language was all wrong. No sugar, no spoon, etc in the hot whiskey. Was asked to go to the bar to pay. No effort made, very poor customer service overall...

The food is absolutely delicious! You choose your entree and they will fill up your plate with as many sides as you'd like. They even have some garlic bread for you on the side. Generous portions for the price, can easily be split among two people.

Ended up here twice on my trip and the first time it came on a recommendation and the second time because I had such a good time I wanted to try a different meal. Great for breakfast and lunch. the meals are filling and the waitstaff are on top of the matter. Your going to find good company and a lovely atmosphere.
