I recall back in the late 90s BW3 had a pretty good fare. The quality of the wings has gone down and the service ... well, let's just say we never went there for the service...
Experience the best in wings - Plucker's
With things like the Apple/FBI standoff, discussions inevitably turn to the idea of giving government/Law Enforcement special backdoor access keys to electronic security. Lets assume for the sake of discussion that the government is completely honest, actually has our safety and best interests in mind, and will never use these keys illegally (cough). It doesn't matter. Electronic "master keys" are just like real master keys. They can always be stolen and misused by others, including criminals. And they ultimately always will be.
This story is a good example of that. Just by posting a photo of the TSA's master keys online, someone was able to create digital copies that can be turned into physical keys. Now, nearly every piece of luggage you own can be opened by anyone that pleases.
Encryption backdoors are never a good idea and not only should we the people be fighting against them, but any government with a half a clue should be too.
Read the article- how many "bomb-tests" did TSA fail last year? What exactly is it that TSA thinks that it does other than waste time and money? I'm not sure that air safety is really accomplished with the service they provide.
