Management needs to know how to deal with customers, the guy in charge there talks to people as if he's doing them a favour. When I come into cancel, first thing he says is "what happened, you don't want to work out anymore?" My brother transferred his membership to me instead of cancelling and the manager acted like he did us a favour by not charging us the transfer fee. Equipment is OK, no bench press, has a Smith machine. Never coming back, that's for sure.
