Do drop in on this superb location if you're in town. So much history and class. See the book of Kells and the Ardagh chalice. Priceless Irish artifacts. Wonderful place to walk around. How you define something unique and wondrous as the book of Kells as 'over rated' is baffling. What did you expect of it?

I'm really glad we went by the Trinity College because it is absolutely beautiful, but I wish that we had had more time to perhaps catch a tour or at least wander around a bit more before the buildings began to close around 5pm.

Lovely campus forms an oasis of learning in centre of a busy city.

THE absolute campuses across Ireland! To visit absolutely (magnificent library, which is also the one in the Harry Potter saga), and sublime gardens. Students are also very friendly, like all Irish!

While we only saw the outside of this college, it was a wonderful experience. The buildings are lovely, and all the Irish people were very friendly, making for a very enjoyable time.

The Long Room is amazing, but Book of Kells is overrated. Student tour is fun and great value if you plan to see Book of Kells anyway.
