Dear Rohan,, I am extremely angry with your company. I reserved a car with you and paid for my reservation. I arrived in Perth yesterday and the Hertz agent at the airport said the reference number was incorrect. My reservation was not in the system. Your customer service number sent me to a recorded message.
My family and I were forced to rent a different car from Hertz at a much higher price. I am very angry for this big problem. I request a full refund on my reservation.

I am sorry to hear there was no vehicle available for you when you arrived at Hertz. They should honor all bookings that we send them of course. We are more than happy to refund your money paid to us in full. I will also be following this up with Hertz personally as the reference number you would have Number:TRQHSY had comes to us out of their own system.
