I was looking for a Jacuzzi suite and was worried that I might get stuck with a room with a jetted tub instead. The was described as having a Jacuzzi which would fit two people. There was also pictures on the website showing a round Jacuzzi tub. These photos did not match the oval shaped jetted tub that was in the room. Although the jetted tub looked larger then a standard sized bathtub it would be questionable if two people could fit in it. I selected this room and hotel based on the photos and the trust they had in the hotel having CAA approved rooms. I paid approximately $100 extra for a room with a Jacuzzi.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF; 1) You want to stay where it is clean. 2) Floors, furniture, patio, patio furniture is DIRTY DIRTY 3) Balcony concrete has not been cleaned in a very long time, grimy dirt and garbage on it. 4) Bed sheets, have holes in them. 5) Staff prefer to be TEXTING than to work. Customers are in the way of their time. 6) Pool area needs exhaust fan 7) Hall air smells, needs air exchanger. 8) I stayed 1 night, cancelled the remainder nights. 9) Location is probably the number 1 location in Niagara Falls, parking excellent, walk to many many of the attractions. A shame to let a hotel to deteriorate.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Comfort Inn Clifton Hill and were extremely pleased with the service. The room was very clean, right next to the pool where we could have our morning coffee out on our patio and look over the pool and huge whirlpool tub. By the time we had our huge complimentary breakfast which had everything you could want to get your day started, our room was made up and restocked and cleaned. Right across from the skywheel which is a must for all to ride and the outdoor dinosaur mini golf. Ripley's moving theatre is another awesome stop and we were within walking distance to everything including the casino and the falls and Rainforest Cafe. I would not hesitate to rebook at the Comfort Inn Clifton Hills for our next mini vacation.

Love this hotel and couldn't wait to write a review. It was the first time my husband and i stayed at a hotel with our son (2) and the hotel staff made me feel great about my choice in hotels. The reservation agent made sure that we got bed rails for the bed that my son was going to sleep in, when we were checking in with our friends the agent made sure our friends were on the same floor as us and the agent gave my son extra midway tokens. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it is family friendly and close to everything the kids love. When we go down we would make sure that we stay at this hotel. We originally picked this hotel because of how close it was to Clifton Hill District but having now stayed with you this will now be our hotel of choice with our children. My son and i had the best birthday trip ever.

this motel was in the perfect place for visiting the falls and all the attractions around them. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. the pool was great too. the lobby was huge and the seating areas were nice for waiting to meet with the others in the family when some went to the parking area 1st then came to the front to meet up and start our walking tour of the area. the package deal we got: Marineland Package was great it even included 3 days 2 nights in the motel room, marienland, skywheel, free large Boston Pizza, discount coupon at Tim Horton's, Canada Trading Co gift shop. The motel service was courteous, cheerful and very helpful.

One of my favourite places to stay while visiting Clifton Hill. A short walk to the falls and all major attractions makes the Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill the ideal location for a trip to Niagara Falls.

Very neat and clean, friendly and courteous staff, great location, conveniently located for all activities, fun, casinos, nite life, spacious room with balcony facing niagara falls, indoor pool, healthy breakfast choices, all positive, and great discounted value to stay. We highly recommend and we would for sure come back and stay again.

I threw a bachelor party in Niagara Falls and ended up reserving a room here for 8 rowdy guys. The staff - everyone, and I mean everyone, from the front desk staff (who put up with our drunk antics with a friendly smile) to the maids (when is the last time a hotel maid made eye contact with you let alone say hi and strike up a little conversation?) really made this stay a pleasure. The rooms aren't by any stretch of the imagination the fanciest but the Comfort Inn doesn't claim to be that. Compared to the other hotel choices in the area, it is worth every penny and you definitely can't beat the location if you want to stay in Clifton Hill and be near the Falls. The breakfast the next morning was always stocked full and the make your own waffles were a nice touch. Next time I plan on staying overnight in Niagara Falls, I will look nowhere else but the Comfort Inn Clifton Hill.
