If I could sum up our experience with them I would say this is a deceptive and dishonest business not worthy of any of your time. Run away from them, far away. To make a long story short, they defrauded us. Stole from us. We scheduled a paint job for our home and we cancelled later that same day. Of course, they continued to cash our deposit anyway and now won't return it. How nice of them to steal from an African-American family with small children. The owner is a shame to the contractor business - "Sam" claims not to speak English and the only one who does speak english, "Bob" is never there. At least he is never there when you have a problem, but he is there to take you money. Two times they promised to refund the money but as all liars do, it was just a sham. They don't return calls or letters; we will be fighting them in court and have already filed complaints against them. While I am not optimistic that we will ever see that money again, my goal is to make sure that they never get the chance to steal again. If you value your hard-earned money I would not call these charlatans even if they were the last contractors on earth. You can check out the issue with the better business bureau, case #10420027. First rate doctors ... third rate administration and billing. We love the doctors and nurses in this facility but buyer beware. In all our years they rarely correctly billed our insurance. Always a hassle. No matter how clearly we told them to bill this insurance and provide the card, they still managed to mix up billing each time. We spent hours on the phone trying to tell them they billed the wrong insurance (including in one case a previous insurance well over a year old) but nobody updates the records. They talk a good game but in the end inefficiency seems to rule the day. Such a shame given the quality of the medical staff.

be prepared to wait a long time ... I wanted to discuss some upgrade options and after 40 minutes or so I gave up. to be fair the person who checked me in told me it could be a long wait ... but there seemed to be a lot of wasted time that compounded the problem.
