The four-unit modular WPL HiPAF system is part of a £1.2m municipal sewerage scheme to help clean up the environment in Mělník District, 30km north of Prague.

WPL HiPAF wastewater treatment system in the Czech Republic has cut costs, allowing for greater investment in site landscaping and design. The packaged plant, which has been installed in the village of Dřínov, was selected for its reliability and includes a submerged aerated filter (SAF).

Northumberland national park visitor centre selects WPL package treatment - specially designed plant for 500 PE.

The Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre, a £14.2m joint project between the National Park and the Youth Hostel Association, is being built with the help of £8m from the Heritage Lottery Fund.

The Sill is a brand new building in a wild beautiful landscape, which is also next to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hadrian’s Wall.

Andrew remains as Convenor for British Water Packaged Treatment Plant (PTP) group for a second year.

Andrew states, “We intend to advise on discharge consent standards across England, Scotland and Wales; setting a criteria for determining a consistent quality of effluent discharged.
