Had my 10 year old Toro mower brought in for service because steering arm broke. Cost me and arm and a leg (pun intended). Less than one year later...it's broken again. Their warranty for parts and service is 90 days. This is not a highly complicated assembly we are talking about. It's a steel arm that connects the steering shaft to the front wheel. The only way for this to break was for them to use crappy parts. I refuse to pay the same (expensive) company twice within the same year for a service that should have lasted much longer than that. In the end, I paid commercial grade prices for substandard quality. Their fired.

Wouldn't it be nice if you bought a world class automobile (Acura) from a local dealer (Acura or Brookfield)? Then when you took it in for service, wouldn't it be nice if you were automatically given coupon prices (happened), and also given a late model loaner vehicle to drive for the day while they worked on your car (got one)? Wouldn't you want your dealer's service department to go to bat for you with the manufacturer (and win) on a service item that you didn't address before the warranty expired so that it was covered in full (happened). Wouldn't you want your car returned on time and completely clean (immaculate!). These guys are great. I am always 100% satisfied with the service department at this dealer, and I love my Acura. It's a great car.
