Just got this one up on Engadget. I thought the photo I did was totally lame, but the good readers of the site have already focused on how "ominous" it is. Pretty awesome stuff.

Pretty good service. The place gets packed.....it's small. Known for their croquettes. Good wine. Run-of-the-mill beer.

Nice, modern environment. They're almost over the top with service. Extremely attentive. Either their server to diner ratio is ridiculous, or their staff is simply made up of superheroes who can somehow take care of everyone at the same time. Even when busy. The place is spacious, too. They have this impressive dining option that I've never seen anyone finish. It essentially involves multiple rounds of choosing a bunch of items from an extensive menu including pieces of sushi, as well as complete dishes. I don't remember it being expensive, either, although I did hear someone comment that the multiple rounds fixed price thing they do costs slightly more on weekends. Worth it regardless.

Pretty basic hotel kind of in the middle of nowhere. Internet is available for a fee. Not bad at all. Modern rooms, nice enough front desk staff.

Interesting without a doubt. A lake on the middle of Madrid with a bunch of restaurants around it. Seems like a decent enough place for running and biking, as well. Trails all over the place.

Cool crowd, pretty good selection of beer. Service can take a little bit when they're busy, but then again, this is Spain. Get used to it. Otherwise good and friendly service.

Decent enough place. I've been there three or four times for multi-course birthday events, and enjoyed the food and service each time. And the building is shaped like a turtle....right in the river. Good times.

I'm a big fan. They have this one chicken sandwich that's totally processed, but besides that the food is quite good. Very nice structure. Well decorated. Decent enough beer selection, and even some ciders. Many screens for sports viewing if that's what you're into. Good location. Noisy and crowded at times. Creative and nice outdoor seating, though limited. Overall great place for a drink and/or meal or snack.
