I read the other reviews but saw enough good things to book it anyway. Stayed one night. Service at the front desk was prompt. The compound from the outside is not much to look at. However, the inside is like an oasis in a concrete jungle. Gorgeous well -maintained landscaping. Room was really clean and modern. Such a positive experience I'll be staying again next week.

Decor, carpets and mostly everything in between pretty grubby, guy on the desk is about 150 years old and slightly abrupt. Fills the job we booked it for though comfortable bed and clean bathroom. What over priced due to the proximity to the airport.

First the front desk person was very rude. Then when we got into the room it was filthy. My 10 month old had black hands and legs from crawling on the floor. I asked the front desk person if they had a cleaner room we could move to. He asked to come look at my complaint so I showed him what my son looked like. He then proceeded to tell us that they vacuum it every-time someone stays there and that all hotels will have dirt on them. We've been staying in hotels for the past week and haven't had this issue. The tub smelt like an ashtray and the bedding was really gross. He said he could do a refund to get our stuff out and bring him the cards. So we did just that only to be told that we had to do it through travelocity the company who we booked with. I contacted them and they called the front desk and he said that we could only be refunded for the second night since we used the room. We used it for a half hour and they would not refund us one cent. Again, the front desk agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting for him he being very stern with other another customer on the phone. I will never stay at this Hotel again and will inform many others the same. We stayed at a Travel Lodge in logan UT and it was night and day difference. I told him he will lose a lot of business if we wasn't willing to do any type of a refund and he simple said, "Ok". Do not stay here especially if you have young children.

Customer service was horrible. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There was two people at the front desk and none bothered to even say anything. One was on the phone and the other was just sitting there. I was told over the phone several times before arrival that I could request a roll away bed if needed. I planed on having my son over for a night or two. Upon requesting one on arrival I was told they would get me one. I later received a call questioning how many guests I had and harassing me as to how many guests I could have in the room. (after I had already explained this to the front desk prior to making a reservation). They refused to move us to a bigger room. The break feast was a joke. It was completely messy with cereal and spilled liquid all over the place. The trash was overflowing and there was obviously plenty of staff to take care of it. The internet was down about 30% of my four day stay. The room and air conditioner smelled like urine. The hotel facility itself was no bad at all. This place definitely needs new management. They need to start by training and/or simply hiring front desk staff with better manners and people skills. The information given needs to be consistent with the actual hotel policies. This was just a bad experience. We travel frequently and hardly ever deal with so many issues at once. Again with better management, I think this hotel has the potential to offer so much more. We paid a ( Marriot ) 5 star price for this room and we probably could of got better service at motel 6 for less than a quarter of what we paid a night. This is just my 2 cents and observations. Stay here if you just want a place to sleep.

ok, its not the Four Seasons but its cheap and you get a bed and shower. Don't get the downstairs. You will hear everything from the second floor. Walls are super thin!!! Breakfast is cereal, muffins and waffles. No eggs, bacon or sausage like the Holiday Inn. The bed were cheap and blankets were not comfortable but they came in and cleaned everyday. If you want cheap, its ok but I've stayed at better places…..

We needed a place to stay at the airport when we got in on a late flight.I booked this online. One of my worst lodging experiences. We requested a no smoking room and the room stunk of smoke. We had to pay $15 for the free shuttle to the airport in the morning to pick up my rental car. The room was clean.
