I am happy, proud and excited to present you: online group workshop Reveal and Express your Life Passion

WHAT IS IT?
It is 5 weeks online group workshop (1-2 times a week) +with PRIVATE sessions included (!!!) for those who is interested in understanding what is his/her life passion. And more importantly, how to ACT ON IT.

Life Passion is not only a profession. It is made out numerous pieces of what you like and don't like, what you are good at and what not and plenty other things. You can choose to make a profession of it or to keep it on the side, but the awareness of it is essential.

This workshop will help you to distinguish those pieces and put them together so you, in the end, you will have an action plan that you can realize right away!

FOR WHO IS IT?
* If you want to find your profession/passion
* If you have plenty of interests but you cannot choose the one to focus on
* If you want to find the best way how to express your passion
* If you feel stuck on your professional path

WHAT'D YOU GET FROM IT?
* Concrete tools to help you to define what is your and what's not your passion
* Clear picture of your personal "MUST haves" in your professional activity
* The important things to consider when you decide to make money out of your passion
* You would finally define true blocks on the way to your self-expression (prepare to be surprised)

* Intention and 100% of motivation to Reveal and/or Express your Life Passion
* Respect yourself and others: by coming on time, doing homework, and working with others
* Committing to find time for yourself outside of the sessions for homework and calls with other participants
* Take it SERIOUSLY: I don't want to work with people who consider this workshop to be one of other 100 000 things that need/want to do, therefore they give it 0,000001% of their attention. Not interested in working with those. If your motivation is at 7-10 out of 10 maximum, then this workshop is the right place to be

30th of October till 27th of November. Every Sunday at 6pm Paris time for 1,5-2h.
Using online platform Zoom.us

I did this morning just to prepare myself for the day - amazing results. I have no idea how it works, but during the tapping I started to breath deeply, my shoulders went down, I felt more relaxed, I still feel it!

OBVIOUS TRUTH.
I am not a health coach, or nutrition expert, but I just want to share my experience:
From a person who has been trying different diets, and being influenced by other people's examples, I am telling you:
before making any decision on what you eat, make sure that you take into account YOUR OWN daily routine.
I mean - adequately analyse what YOU do during the day, and therefore how much energy you need.
Do NOT just blindly follow other people's examples. Even if they seem sooooo inspiring. It works for THEM. But it does not mean it will automatically work for you. Each of us has a unique body. Follow your body needs, but not the Instagram posts of the popular persons.
Get inspired by them, but do not copy-paste them .
For starters, they do not post every little thing they put in their mouth during the day, and you do not know how many tasks they actually do throught the day.
Their life -their food. You have you OWN life, so make you OWN diet.
I cannot over-estimate the value of this message:
Make sure you ADJUST the AMOUNT and CALORIES of the food you eat to YOUR OWN NEEDS, to YOUR OWN DAILY RHYTHM.
How many hours you work daily? Are you on the vacation?
do you get enough sleep? do you get enough fresh air? do you get enough sun? are you stressed? anxious? what season is it now? what is your usual mood? what country are you living in? do you get enough vitamins and calories to support your daily routine? ARE YOU SURE? is your calculation reliable?...
cover all these and many other questions before you change your diet.
p.s. do not change the diet and make another Big Change in your life at the same time. Respect your body. One thing at a time.

IT'S NOT WHAT YOU KNOW BUT WHAT YOU DO THAT MATTERS
Productivity tips.
1. In the evening wright down 3-5 tasks for the next day
2. Prioritize them (from the most important down to the least important one)
3. Write down how much time you need for each task
4. Do them! starting from the top priority
5. Stay focused on the one task only
6. Do not skip the tasks. Do them in the order of priority: get to the next one, only when you finish with the current one
*For to-do list you can use the application called Pomodoro: where for each task you devote one or several Pomodoros smile emoticon
one Pomodoro is 25 min.
There you can MAKE the list and use the TIMER for each task and then TRACK your productivity.
It helps you to stay focused on the one task. not get distracted by others and do many at the same time, which does not increase your productivity at all.
I am using it myself, and find it very useful and fun smile emoticon
And again: This is all very simple, but yet powerful, when you actually DO it, instead of just knowing it.
