One of the nicest ways to get to Skye is to take the Jacobite steam train to Mallaig, then hop in the ferry. #HogwartsExpress #IsleofSkye

Nudibranchs are some of the most charismatic critters you find in Scottish seas - calling them sea slugs doesn't really do them justice! We found this one while diving Loch Duich this week.

The pink spotted sea cucumbers are back in Loch Duich. The appear every year and then mysteriously disappear again! We found them about 25 metres down in the murk. You can see them doing their thing on BBC Springwatch, here: http://subseatv.net/2015/05/25/sea-cucumbers/
