Always choose water instead of soda! Consistent consumption of soft drinks is the leading cause of tooth decay in older kids, teens and young adults. Sodas (even diet sodas) and sports drinks greatly weaken tooth enamel! #DentalFAQ

The most recent developments in toothpaste technology are in their whitening abilities. Whitening toothpastes can help with removing surface stains, but deeper stains will still need a deeper cleaning to remove. Any toothpaste will be fine for your teen as long as it's approved by the ADA and they're using it for 2 minutes, twice a day! #2min2x

Thumb sucking can be a natural reflex to comfort infants. However, if it persists, it can cause problems with the proper growth of the mouth and tooth alignment. Which can cause bigger problems down the road. If your child is still sucking her thumb after the age of 3, please ask us about some steps we can take to help her stop. #ToothLove
