We are looking the right candidate for a Direct Hire F/T Finance Mgr. employment opportunity in Chicago, IL (Taft –Hartley or Non-profit or Exp. Req’d.)

Our client, a Taft Hartley Fund located in Chicago, IL near the China Town area, has an immediate need for an experienced, direct hire, full-time Finance Manager. You must have at least 5+ years of recent and related work experience in finance or accounting. A college degree is required. Knowledge of Not-for-Profit, Pension and Taft Hartley Plans is highly desired.
You will be responsible for the accounting and regulatory compliance of three Funds, preparing budgets, overseeing cash flow and reporting financials. A key responsibility will be the strong and effective management of five employees in the Finance Dept. You will establish expectations, train new employees and implement policies and procedures. Responsibilities include the maintenance of the general ledger of three separate funds totaling over $80 million a year. Your department will be responsible for managing and reviewing expenses, invoices, bank deposits, monthly pension payments, federal withholding taxes and monthly bank reconciliations. You will prepare financial statements and various audit schedules (Tax Returns, and Forms 5500 and 900). You will maintain financial spreadsheets, reporting and analysis and oversee payroll audit cycles. This position requires that you establish a working relationship with attorneys, auditors, and employers to enforce contribution requirements. Intermediate or advanced computer skills in MS Word & Excel and QuickBooks is required. Excellent math and calculation skills along with strong written and communication skills are essential. This is a very fast moving position in which you must be well organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task to get your daily responsibilities done as well as other special projects accurately and within a timely manner.

Our client, a busy Physician Practice located in Winfield, Illinois has an immediate staffing need for an experienced temporary (possibly temp-to-hire) full-time Claims Revenue Cycle Specialist. You must have at least 3+ years of recent and related work experience. A High School Diploma is required a College Degree is preferred. You will be responsible for submitting claims, insurance follow-ups, payment postings, collections, statements, etc. You must also have strong computer skills with the ability to type at least 35WPM. Previous experience with the Intergy and EPIC is preferred. This is a temporary full-time position Monday-Friday from (8:00am-5:00pm) daily.

Admin Supervisor w/ HR & benefits background for a CBO of a large Physician Practice, West Loop of Chicago

Our client, the Central Business Office of a large Nephrology Practice located in the West Loop, has a staffing need for an experienced Administrative Supervisor. Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree with a background in HR and benefits. This position is essentially the role of Practice Manager without the revenue management piece. Besides the supervision of a staff of roughly 6 people you will have a wide variety of duties. These duties, which will assist the Director of Operations will include the administration of HR and benefits, payroll, vendors, office leases, automobile leases, expense accounts, malpractice insurance, planning office events and many other duties as assigned. An understanding of electronic health records would be very helpful. Also you are expected to have a strong command of computer skills. This is a position that is intended for growth within the organization so you must be someone who his professional with strong communication skills. You must have strong attention to detail, be well organized and be able to multi-task with varying demands on your time. There will be occasional travel to the 10+ offices in the greater Chicagoland area.

This position is a full time, temp-to-hire position. Our client is not interested in candidates not interested in converting temp-to-hire. This is a full time (again temp- to-hire) position with hours that are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. However projects may come up from time to time that will require you to occasionally work later. HEDIS Data Coordinator, Contract position: Immediate need



Our client, a prominent Medicaid HMO located just west of the Chicago Loop, is seeking a HEDIS Data Coordinator, 2—5 years of experience in health-related field. Managed care or quality experience strongly preferred. Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Perform all support functions to achieve goals and outcomes within the Quality Improvement Program description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The major functions and responsibilities of this position include:

Conducts data collection for HEDIS/medical evaluation studies including data requests, analysis, evaluation and reporting. Performs medical record reviews and chart abstraction under the supervision of Quality Manager/s to identify and evaluate source data. Conducts system analyses to locate and retrieve HEDIS and quality data from claims and other internal and external sources. In collaboration with QI team, identifies quality issues and root causes, develops interventions and supports implementation to facilitate improvement in provider compliance and HEDIS scores. Partners with colleagues (internal to FHN, i.e., network management, case management, member services teams, etc., as well as external, i.e., provider/designated group contacts) in the evaluation, communication/outreach and support of non-compliant members, providers and groups. Coordinates the timely distribution, completion and submission of approved HEDIS related documents to auditors and NCQA as aligned with FHN calendar of HEDIS activities. Runs reports and prepares materials for medical group distribution and quality meetings. Retrieves and manages medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA and FHN policy/procedure. Participates QA/UM & PR Committee meetings.

Participates in educational sessions for medical groups and physicians on issues identified during QI and/or HEDIS processes.

Our client, an insurance company located in downtown Chicago, has an immediate staffing need for a long term contract (full-time) LTC Claims Assistant with at least 1-2 years of recent and related work experience dealing with the following: long term care claims review, claims investigations, eligibility, referrals, provider relations, data entry and customer service. Experience with ST or LT disability, Workers Comp, Life, P& C insurance or any position where the collection/assembly of documents was an essential duty of the position.

Seeking 2 Temporary to Hire Full-Time Medical Claims/Insurance Customer Care Agents to Work in Homewood, IL For $15/hr

Our client, a Third Party Administrator (TPA) has immediate staffing needs for two experienced Medical Claims Insurance Customer Care Agents.   You must have a minimum of 3+ years of recent and related work experience preferably working for a TPA or large insurance carrier.  Knowledge of RIMS/QicLink Processing is preferred.   Experience in an inbound call center is also required. 
 
Primary duties and responsibilities include:  Answering calls in a call center from physician/providers, employers, Health Plans and members regarding claims status and eligibility questions.  Provide telephonic support for customers calling with general questions regarding the following: eligibility, benefits, referral process, physicians/providers, primary care physician, and claim status.
Strong computer and data entry skills are essential as is good knowledge of MW Word, Outlook and Excel.  You must be able to type at least 40 words per minute. You must also have excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required. This will be a temporary to hire full-time job opportunity. The training hours are Monday-Friday from (8:30am-4:30pm) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch for a total of 37.5 hours a week. However, once the training is completed the hours may occasionally vary since the call center is open Monday-Friday from (7:00am-7:00pm) you may occasionally be requested to work either (7:00am-3:00pm) or (11:00am-7:00pm). Even though your regular hours will most likely be Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:30pm) you must be willing to cover other shifts when necessary. The pay rate for this position is $15/hr.

Seeking a Clinical Informatics Nurse Manager to Work in the West Loop of Chicago, Illinois

Our client, a large Nephrology Practice located in the West Loop of Chicago has an immediate staffing need for a Clinical Informatics Nurse Manager at least 1 year of recent and related work experience would be preferred, but willing to consider a nursing college graduate. A college degree is required along with an Illinois Nursing License. Strong computer skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities:
In charge of overseeing the clinical operations.
Responsible for all of the clinical related computer applications and making sure that all of the computers are running smoothly with no issues.
In charge of the documentation, implementation and maintenance of the software systems.
Manage all of the software interfaces, identifying the need for new interfaces, coordinating interface development and implementation and communicating with vendors and software providers to obtain a successful resolution of interface issues.  
Provide physician support with the software training and communication of software updates.
Analyze and prioritize physician requests for system enhancements.
Manage the development of project specifications for clinical reports, metrics and software enhancements. Facilitating the two-way flow of information and communication for establishing and maintaining understanding between IT and clinical operations.
Manage staff that provides training to physicians/staff and performs clinical functions.
Facilitate meetings, bringing working groups to consensus.
Oversee the IT staff in planning, implementation, and choice of IT-related purchases as well as ongoing data management of EHR.
Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday from (8:00am-5:00pm).
