Quick car tip: When a car maker "recommends" that a certain service be done on your vehicle at a certain mileage interval, it actually means that the car maker requires that the service be done in order to properly maintain the vehicle and to uphold the warranty. So follow the manufacturer's recommendation as if it were a requirement, and your vehicle will run better, longer!

Quick car tip: If you fill your tires at a gas station, make sure the air you are putting in them is "dry." After filling the tire, push on the pin inside the inflator valve. If your thumb gets wet, that probably means there is moisture coming from the air pump. That moisture, trapped inside a tire, can cause pressure variations and corrosion.

Great experience with the purchase of a vehicle. Being from Des Moines, I called and asked them to "walk me around" the car prior to driving to see it. They represented it perfectly and did not waste my time. The price was fair and the transaction was quick and easy. I will check their inventory next time I need a car.

Responsive to any questions or issues, a product that works very well, and most important to me is measurement tools that PROVE without any doubt, in real world measurements that Smart Flow, my Top Fuel Website, and all of their products are working for me.Proving their products are making you money .............who else does that ??

A great experience ! I was visiting friends in Littleton and the suggested we go to Rox for dinner. The service was quick and our server understood the menu and was able to answer any questions. Great, fresh guacamole and the street tacos I ordered were 5 star. I personally love Mexican beers and the selection was limited but hey, it's not a Mexican restaurant..... so no big deal. The patio with the view of the mountains was a great touch for me as well !!

I had a bad situation, I own an auto repair shop and my niece was out of state visiting friends when she had car issues. She called me for help and advice, and being a long way away all I could do is look for someplace to assist her. I called 4 shops and asked a few "car guy" questions. I could tell the person I spoke with at Bridgewater really cared and wanted to help me. They use quality parts and are professional mechanics. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for a fair price. It was a good experience in a bad situation. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

As someone in the auto repair business, having my niece's car breakdown in another state left me feeling helpless. Fortunately I found Dakota Ridge, close to where she was and able to help. From someone in the industry I can tell you they really care, they are professional and use only quality parts, and they perform a complete repair with a good warranty. If that is what you are looking for in a repair shop, you just found it.

Not what they used to be. I used Greenwood for many years for multiple properties I have and in the past had received good service. I called yesterday evening with an issue expecting to receive the after hours answering service, which I did, and gave the person my info. She assured me someone would call me back shortly. 10 minutes the owner called me, I explained my need and he said "it will be tomorrow before we can come, we got behind today, I will have Michelle call you in the morning". Ok. Well, no call came today, so I called about 2:30 and explained the situation (I think is was the answering service again, at 2:30 in the afternoon ???) anyway I was told someone would call me back. Michelle called me back in about 10 minutes and told me she could put me on the list for the next day. I explained that I was still waiting from the evening prior and was told but did not get a call today. She was very short with me and said "we are busy thats the best I can do". I told her it was not acceptable, parted ways, and called a competitor who had the issue resolved TWO HOURS later. When you drop the ball, own up to it and dont be rude to youe customers, they may find another service provider who fulfills their needs.
