Really excellent food both for takeaway and eat in. Authentic Chinese dishes on extensive menu. Card payments taken over phone. Deliveries usually very quick (only once had to wait over an hour). Have eaten in restaurant a few times and have always had a brilliant night.

Udon noodles and stuffed aubergines were good but otherwise the food was not enjoyable. Expensive compared to other local options, so was a disappointing experience. To be fair, it might have been the choice of menu items but unlikely to return for second try at that price.

We've been about 5 times over the past couple of years - each time for the Dim Sum, and always found the found was excellent. The service was so-so... friendly if you're friendly to them first. A little bit slow, but not because any of the staff were dawdling, I think they were genuinely busy. Personally I don't mind waiting a few minutes longer when the food is so good, and very reasonable priced.

Excellent chinese food. Great service. I'm here quite regularly, and when you have other Chinese people going to a restaurant to eat out, you know the food is of a certain standard. Sometimes if you arrive late, you feel a bit rushed but that's to be expected, however overall service is great, and some of the waiters take time out to share a joke and offer good recommendations. This is a very decent chinese indeed - one where they even have a real dragon for chinese new year!

I've been here mostly for dinners with my husband, but the place is also a good option for a takeaway. The restaurant is quite popular in London and in my opinion, it's definitely better compared to most of the restaurants in Chinatown. The food is delicious and the service is just first class. Be prepared to wait for a table if you don't have a reservation...

The food was very average, and it felt that some items were pulled out of the freezer on the day, rather than being freshly prepared. The service was slow but friendly, except one member of staff, who claims that it is impossible that my soup took 30 minutes to arrive because they don't serve soup. Once I showed him the soup on the bill for which I have paid, he simply replied that it is the fault of the kitchen, and there is nothing he can do because he doesn't work in the kitchen. Mistakes like these do happen, and when the food is good one is happy to come back. However the food was just so average that I would recommend you just avoid this place altogether. If you don't mind some Thai food instead, there is a very good restaurant not far away, that has been reviewed in the via Micheline guide. Attention to detail was also poor, our table was not properly laid out, some utensils were missing, and there was no soy sauce (which took 10 minutes to arrived when asked about).
