First off, the prices are ridiculous on their used clubs. Nobody helps you. I had gone in there to get replacement shaft, took about 35 minutes before someone helped. Then they had to order the shaft for nearly double the price. A store that big should carry replacement shafts. The iron and driver shafts were very limited. Very displeased with the service and pricing on used clubs. I saw a couple putters that have been there for over 2 years because the price was just a few bucks lower than a new one, and the clubs were beat to shit. Must not want to sell them. I'll stick wit Golf Galaxy and PGA Superstore. These two stores are much more accommodating.
