Just donated to 'Solar Power for Orphanages'. Give $1. Change a lot. https://onetoday.google.com/p/5T22V3Xf
Did you know? Despite high electricity costs and plenty of available sunshine, Central America only produces 4% of it's power from solar energy.

I wonder what it is going to be like for climate change deniers in the coming years. Think about it, when things start getting really really bad with even more severe weather, flooding in Florida, NYC, New Orleans and every low elevation place in the world, food shortages, etc. At that point no one in their right mind will be able to deny that climate change is happening.

The people who have gone on record as denying anything was happening and who did everything in their power to stop anyone from doing anything to try to prevent a global environmental disaster will be hunted down, mostly by young people, like Nazi collaborators for their active support of policies that contributed to the disaster. I wonder how sure they might be in their positions if they stopped for a moment to ponder this.

Unfortunately, the ones who are causing most of the problems will long be dead by the time things get really awful for their children. Maybe they will have a holiday just to spit on their graves to make themselves feel better as they struggle to feed themselves and their children.

Behold #Tracey Carver-Allbritton the spark that started the #McKinney, Texas pool party race riot. I wonder where she is hiding right now. The cops are getting all the negative attention when she was the catalyst for the whole thing. Bravo Ms. #Carver-Allbritton. Bravo. I hope you feel safer now.

This is awesome. I love the ones about Reagan.

Here are a few that that I like.

2. Jesus healed the sick and helped the poor, for free.
3. Joseph McCarthy was an un-American, witch hunting lunatic.
4. Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee were traitors.

11. Reagan legalized abortion as Governor of California.
12. Nixon created the Environmental Protection Agency.
13. Ronald Reagan supported gun control.

15. Republicans hate illegal immigrants, unless they need their lawns mowed or their houses cleaned.

21. The Presidents’ full name is Barack Hussein Obama and he was born in the United States of America.
22. George W. Bush held hands with the King of Saudi Arabia.

25. Jesus was a liberal.

27. Tea parties are for little girls.

29. The Constitution is the law, NOT the Bible.

43. G.O.P also stands for Greedy One Percent

47. 9/11 happened on George W. Bush’s watch, therefore he did NOT keep America safe..

58. The Founding Fathers did not free the slaves.

Conservatives are so easy to anger these days. Even the most insignificant statement can set off their tempers. If you want to enrage a conservative, I suggest you tell them one of these facts.

I didn't want to believe it but this may be the best bbq inside the perimeter. I still love Community BBQ on Clairmont but Heirloom's food is unique and delicious. The only problem is the limited seating. Let's call it a tie for now

This is a great foodie restaurants with an eclectic menu that includes very good simple foods like gourmet fries and excellent more complex dishs like pan seared scalllops with turnip greens. Great laid back atmosphere with low key background music and the appropriate level of attention from the staff. Solid choice in downtown Decatur.

I stumbled upon this place while waiting for my car to be serviced and I'm glad I did. Great food, great brew selection and the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They weren't the fake over perky types. They all seemed genuinely happy to be working there and made me feel like a regular even though I was there for the first time, especially Derrick at the bar. He's the man. I will definitely be back.
