What do you think- is investing in Seattle real estate a good idea?
Stuck at the edge of America, with rain and clouds more than half the year, Seattle has managed over the decades to produce what the rest of America wants: first lumber and ships, then airplanes, then software, now e-commerce and trade with China. Without a hinterland to service, however, the Seattle economy depends a lot on demand that happens elsewhere, making it vulnerable to consumer cycles, tech cycles, and international trade politics. Any of our friends live in this Kirkland subdivision?
Three houses in a Kirkland subdivision, all built about the same time by the same developer with the same upscale finishes, got widely varying values from the King County assessor. As 2016 valuations are released, the homeowners ask, “How arbitrary is this process?”

Won't go here anymore. I've had a pretty serious cough that wouldn't go away, and 4 colds in 4 months. They brushed off my symptoms and told me to take OTC meds. I've had pneumonia before, and am fully aware of when coughs can become dangerous. Got antibiotics elsewhere and felt the relief immediately. I also find that Urgent Care places will write off things they can't diagnose as a panic attack, and tried to do that with me as well - I don't have panic attacks. Definitely stick to a regular doctor if able. They know your history and are less likely to dismiss your symptoms.

Great experience they were very helpful. I had to be referred out for my condition which was frustrating because I was in a lot of pain but Erik helped me call around and gave me all the info I needed.

The staff was courteous, it was clean and professional, but I still felt like I wasn't 100% listened to. I am spoiled by my GP, and it was much better than any ER visit!

Horrible experience. I would never go there again. Poor service and the physician had an abrupt bed side manner and did not explain things. A lot of waiting even with an appointment. I am a healthcare provider and am horrified by the experience. Had to wait over 40 minutes for prescription to be sent electronically to the pharmacy next door. Last thing you want to do when you are ill.

Very good experience today (Saturday mid-day). Reception staff professional and friendly. Great Doctor and assistant. Beginning to end....recommend. I will be back if need be! Convenient location with parking + Bartell's next door. My insurance had recommended that I not wait until Monday for my irritated eyes. I feel better already!

I just moved here from Arizona, so this was my first time at this Urgent Care. Ashley who works at the front desk was very warm and friendly and worked quickly to get all of my information down. I was there for a TB shot for a job I had in line. Needles and I don't get along well. Knowing this Simone was wonderful in easing me into it. Telling me the process and that it was little to no pain compared to other shots. It all went well and I was out in no time. Everyone was very professional but also easy going and seemed as though they really enjoy their jobs.
