Do you know the differences between hospitals, primary care clinics, and urgent care clinics? Find out here.
While most of the general population has visited or been admitted to a hospital at some point in their lives to deal with a pressing medical issue, many aren't familiar with their local urgent care centers. Until recently, resolving medical issues meant having to schedule an appointment with your primary physician or taking a trip to the hospital.

Very good experience today (Saturday mid-day). Reception staff professional and friendly. Great Doctor and assistant. Beginning to end....recommend. I will be back if need be! Convenient location with parking + Bartell's next door. My insurance had recommended that I not wait until Monday for my irritated eyes. I feel better already!

I just moved here from Arizona, so this was my first time at this Urgent Care. Ashley who works at the front desk was very warm and friendly and worked quickly to get all of my information down. I was there for a TB shot for a job I had in line. Needles and I don't get along well. Knowing this Simone was wonderful in easing me into it. Telling me the process and that it was little to no pain compared to other shots. It all went well and I was out in no time. Everyone was very professional but also easy going and seemed as though they really enjoy their jobs.

Nice enough staff and doctor, care adequate but I don't like being told one price and then having people try and force me to pay more than they said without any justification. I was told a visit would be $135, which I would happily pay but they are now trying to force me, through threats and coercion, to pay $241 for no other reason than they say so. I was provided no additional services which would justify additional charges, no testing or follow ups etc, just charged a higher rate than quoted and now they have collectors threatening me because I refuse to pay more than what they told me it would be. I would steer clear of this place, but this posting is only my opinion and your experience may vary.

I had to make two trips to the clinic and call in when I was sick. On my first visit I told the doctor my husband just had the flu and I was having similar symptoms along with a cough. He gave me a cough medicine that only knocked me out. I had to call back and have them prescribe me the medication my husband had gotten when he went in. I then got bronchitis on top of my flu and had to go back in. The doctor I saw on my second visit was great and gave me antibiotics to kick the bronchitis. Overall my experience was good. Just frustrating that I had to call back to get a different medication when I explained the first time I was getting the same thing my husband had.

The staff was courteous, it was clean and professional, but I still felt like I wasn't 100% listened to. I am spoiled by my GP, and it was much better than any ER visit!

Sent here from another Immediate Clinic because we were told they could x-Ray a broken toe. Got there and no one qualified to run x-Ray machine. Sent to a hospital to get x-Ray where we waited 1/2 hour and got no help. Finally gave up. Don't go to immediate clinic.

The staff was very friendly! I didn't wait very long before I was seen by dr. Hitchcock who was great. She diagnosed me more accurately than my primary doctor and her follow up with a referral and prescription was very quick. I was very happy with my visit.

My most recent experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The front desk staff, wait time, the Dr. that I saw and the prescription that she wrote for me were all excellent. The Dr. recommended an antibiotic that I had not taken before and the drug worked quickly and efficiently. The Dr. was also very clear with her instructions that if my condition did not improve in 3 days, or if it became worse, to visit any emergency room and they would treat the condition by inserting a needle in the swollen facial tissue. Luckily I responded to the antibiotic quickly. I have recommended this clinic to others and can't say enough good things about it.
