This is a really fun restaurant to go to. The atmosphere is cool and laid back and it was crowded. So you would think the service would be slow but it was not. Our waitress was fun and talkative and the food was hot and delicious. Good place to bring friends from out of town. I like this place.

Great service and server really knew her menu items. Food was excellent and portions more than adequate. Manager came by to ensure we were happy and we've had similar great experiences in more than location in more than one state. A bit on noisy side but no different than similar restaurants catering to younger crowd and families. We'll definitely go back to Joe's.

Great place. I like how they randomly break out in song and dance. Look forward to pot of seafood next time.

"You will have to wait two hours for a seat on the patio" was the greeting from the hostess when me and my girlfriend arrived. The inside did not appear busy.. several tables were empty. Outside, a server was offering drinks and tables were available. I asked if we could order and eat outside on the patio area but was told the whole patio area was reserved. "What"? I saw no reserve signs. Less than handfull of tables were being served. Food is good with the exception that "Fresh seafood" is available just a five hour drive away in the form of Flounder, snapper, reds, blue crab and shrimp from Galveston, TX (aka Gulf Coast). We were pushed to buy muscles and snow crab! What? Oh, SNAP, it's a fast food chain! Run by a corporate office in NY. Go Fish! I don't want a server to write my selection with an elementary crayola crayon on a napkin nor their name. Playground equipment is available just outside the entrance with playsand ( no joke).. I want to eat seafood, drink and leave happy not eat at a local ISD cafeteria. Management is cloaked in civilian attire without name tags. The wait staff appears confused. Fried seafood you like? They offer it. Fresh.. well.. it's good . but could be a whole lot better considering this is Texas and we're not in Michigan! This was my second visit and I will never eat here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Don't like it since the remodel. It used to be fun and upbeat, now it's too plain and boring. Used to be my kids favorite restaurant and now they don't like it. Food is still ok but not like what it used to be. Calamari came in a bowl rather than a plate and had a half inch puddle of grease in it. They also got rid of Landshark Lager which was my favorite "treat." We want to love Joe's so we'll likely try the Lewisville location next time. Won't be back to Plano.

I got fish and shrimp. The shrimp was good, but the fish wasn't. The crab legs were good too. However, the decor was extremely lame. They have this disco ball flashing and lighting up the place, which have me a headache! Looks like a perfect place for peace loving hippies!

My husband and me went today to have a dinner. We waited 15 minutes for server and then 20 minutes more for our beverages. ( after I went to management we received them). And our food came 45 minutes after our drinks!!!! All together we waited 1 hour 20 minutes to have a dinner!!!! (restaurant was half empty ) All servers are untrained teenagers, they did some circus show with dancing and jumping ( in this time we were waiting for our food).

We waited for a server for 15 minutes before deciding to walk out. We were caught at the door by a very apologetic manager. He promised to give us exceptional service if we stayed. After 5 minutes of pleading, my huband, two young daughters and I decided to sit back down. We were immediately served drinks and the whole meal was comped. Our food came out fast, as it should. Our server got on our nerves a bit trying to over-do it, but he was trying to save his own job (he was suppose to be our original server). Because they did try to make us happy guests, we'll give it another try. The food was great!
