I believe in second chances but this was an epic fail on both occassions. Don't get me wrong. The pizza and wings tasted great on my first trip. It's the service that left a bad taste in my mouth. On the first trip I stood there with a guy on the phone at the register where I was standing for about 5 minutes. He hangs up the phone and never even acknowledges I exist. 5 minutes later the girl that was working the register appears. I continue to stand there for about a minute before I asked "are you a king orders?" On the next trip which was tonight I walk in and there was a lady standing there to pick up an order. Not sure how long she had been standing there but I waited for 10 minutes before the young lady in the front got off the phone. Once she hung up the phone the phone rang again and she acknowledged the lady that had been waiting before me with a "sorry". The lady looked at me and said "that's the first time anyone has acknowledged me as long as I have been here." At that point I said I will just eat elsewhere. Bottom line... they need mature management. The kids working in there are not getting it done. They have a "screw the customer" type mentality. I will not recommend them not because of food, but because of their disregard for customer service and common courtesy.

I have been to Chico's about twice a month for the entire 4 years I have lived here in the Hampton Roads and of those numerous times I have never been let down. I wouldn't say I am an easy customer either. The waitresses are all extremely personable and a few in particular always have a very warm and genuine smile on their faces all of the time. I almost always order the same thing and if you're like me, you will enjoy the simplicity of my order as well. 1 Large Pepperoni Pizza with spicy sauce and an order of 10 Hot Wings. The sauce is actually decently spicy, it isn't to the point where my 9 and 7 year old can't eat it, but it provides a great flavor. The hot wings on the other hand my 9 year old is the only one who will typically go all in and eat half of them with me, my daughter, the 7 year old will usually only take a bite and then she is on her water for a good while. lol. On occasion I have let my young ones talk me into the cheesy bread and that doesn't disappoint either, you can also get the sauce they bring out with the cheesy bread in the spicy variant. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone. Of all of the people I have brought to this place in my time here, which is usually at least one a month. I have only had a single person dislike the place. But, I will say, he deviated from my recommendations and is in general a miserly individual.

The food was great! Our server was friendly. My husband and I will be going back to the one in Va beach.

*RUN AWAY, DO NOT EAT HERE* I went to Chico's the weekend of the Virginia Beach Marathon. I was excited to get some pizza after the run and tired from the run and waking up early. I wanted to sit, enjoy some good food and a drink, and relax before heading back to my rented condo. Unfortunately, none of this happened. I walked in with my wife and stood at the hostess counter waiting to be seated. The place wasn't busy and we could have sat ourselves, but we wanted to be polite so we waited for them. The set-up is a large square room, so we could see all of the employees (at least 6 employees near/behind the bar area), but none of them were acknowledging us. A few minutes pass and FINALLY someone gestures for us to sit and hands us menus wherever we'd like (first indication that someone knew we were there). We go ahead and take our seats right next to one of the other groups, basically in the middle of the restaurant. We look over the menus that we had been given, while we wait for someone to ask us what we'd like to drink/eat. There are 2 other seated tables in the restaurant and each one seems to have their on waiter. Ten minutes or so pass and no one has come back to our table (AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SQUARE ROOM!!!). I am facing away from the staff, so I decide to fully turn around in my seat and attempt to make eye contact with anyone. The staff is all clustered in one corner by the bar talking to each other, except for the two servers who are handling their tables. At least another 10 minutes pass and still nobody seems to remember that we exist. My wife is stressed, I'm stressed, and the whole idea of getting food and relaxing has gone out the window. Finally, we decide to just leave. We were excited to have a relaxed lunch, but there was no chance we were going to have that there. I wanted to say something to the staff, so I waited for my wife to walk out first before approaching them. I went up to who I assume was the manager and said something to the tune of "we have been waiting for at least 20 minutes and nobody even came over to our table." To which she replied "I'm sorry, but when did you sit down? We didn't see you at all or we would have served you immediately." ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? So basically this just put a damper on what could have been an awesome morning. Don't go here, the customer service sucks.

Price matches the quality, but that's really the only thing I could say is a plus. But I get better pizza at cicis for the price. Wasn't staffed well, many tables were still dirty and they wanted us to sit our selves but all the tables were dirty. Waitress was nice but you can tell she was overwhelmed, (improper staffing). Microwaved wings, Greasy thin pizza, but hey it was cheap.

Really great unique pizza. The sauce is unlike any that I've had before and the pepperoni had that perfect crisp to it. It's in a great location near the water front and has a very relaxed environment which is perfect if you're coming right from the beach.

By far the best pizza in Virginia Beach. A group of us go there every Sunday to watch NFL and I can say we have never had any issues with ordering our pizza, and drinks. The staff always makes sure to take great care of us. Pizza comes out in a good time (never have to wait long) and they are really good with changing the TV channel to whatever game we would like to watch. Happy hour has a good selection and its a place everyone should try and go to. Melissa is our waitress every Sunday, and she does a very good job on making sure her costumers are always happy and welcomed.

Fast delivery, courteous deliveryman, fair price, and a very good supreme pizza. I ordered a large supreme and (2) 2Liters and the total plus tip came out to $29. I was told 30 to 40 minutes it came in 20 but it is in the slow season. Definitely going to order here again.
