Last month, I was with my lab team in a conference, and we decided to eat in this steakhouse based on our previous experience with their name, unfortunately it was booked till the end of that night...my 4 years old daughter was with me, and it was late for her (8:00pm) by that time she was starving and she wanted anything to eat! so while we were waiting and deciding where to go next...I asked for takeaway some bread for my daughter to calm her....I was very impressed from their fast service...and they even didn't charge me at all for it and packed it very nicely for her. By the way this is my first time that I write any review for a restaurant that doesn’t need any extra star :) but I planned to do because they made a smile on the face of my little poor thing!

Found it to be of average quality for a steak restaurant. Nothing extraordinary. Good food, but I'm sure there is better in town.

Came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and we were all sorely disappointed. The food was underwhelming, overpriced and service was lacking. To begin, the greens we were served in the mixed green salad had been clearly prepared in advance and then refrigerated bc they were wilted and sad. I felt like I was at a big box restaurant like Olive Garden - or what I assume people experience at those types of places, but with better ingredients. Arugula instead of iceberg and romaine. Yikes. The server didn't greet us for 10 minutes, and when he came to take our order, he interrupted us in between getting everyone's order to go talk to someone else and returned 5 minutes later to finish taking our order. We ordered a bottle of champagne as an aperitif, they brought the bottle and left it sitting there for 10 minutes without coming to uncork it or serve the bottle. I can go on and on about the lack of service, but I think you get the gist. As for the food, it was disappointing. I used to eat at Ruth's when I was in high school and enjoyed it very much. I think it's time to move on to a different steak house. Mr. Johns on St. Charles perhaps?

Our filets were fatty and tasted like butter. Service is great but I guess that was because of the expected tip. I will never go back.
