Menu
We are an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) from Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil which features superior service, unrivaled cuisine and a unique dining experience.

You will be pampered by our authentic Gaucho chefs who come to your tableside to carve a variety of succulent meats right off their skewers.  Our featured meats have been slow-roasted over an open flame and lightly seasoned to preserve the unique taste of each tender cut.

Adding to our unique dining experience, you will be treated to a sumptuous, gourmet salad and vegetable bar featuring over 30 items including imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables and more.  We complement your meal with traditional Brazilian side dishes such as caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, seasoned mashed potatoes and our world-famous cheese bread (pao de queijo).

No meal is complete without trying a refreshing caipirinha, something from our award-winning wine list or one of our decadent desserts.

Everything was great. I toke my wife for mother's day The service was excellent. I did not have to wait to be provided with refills on drinks or more meat. The staff was on top of everything. ..! Ricardo ' s service was 5 stars. He's personal attention to every table was extraordinary. ... He surprised us with a wonderful Papaya and vanilla cream desert that was out of this world. ..! Customer' s for life... Thanks to everyone there....!

Brazilian barbecue is so fun for groups. For those who have never been, the set-up is an all-you-can-eat salad bar with limitless meats brought to the table by servers. You tell gem your preference for doneness (I recommend rare because the medium rare was frequently actually well done). The salad bar includes not-inexpensive items such as hearts of palm, sun-dried tomatoes, and other fruits and vegetables. The waitstaff is attentive here and there's a wide variety of meats, including sirloin, filet, chicken, sausage, lamb chops, etc. you keep your card turned to green if you want more of the meat, and turn it to red when you need a break. My main issue was with the wine selection. The sparkling wine was limited to Korbel and LaMarca, both sold at exorbitant prices. The bartenders did not know recipes for some relatively common drinks (though they were happy to make them when the recipe was explained). They were good about splitting the bill for the group. I would go back.

If you are a meateater in other word a "Carnivore" than you would love Fogo de Chao. I have been here twice already and I still loving it. I can't stop eating those Garlic Steaks and the Lambs. Wow! it was well presented and cooked just the way that anyone would like it to be cooked on one BBQ Stick that they come to your table with. I had mine between medium and medium rare that's what I recommended the most and enjoy it with a glass of wine to enjoy it all. You also gotta try their Papaya Desert pudding as well. (Btw you must eat veggies too lolz...they have a great selection on the salad bar, so that you can be a little healthier I guess (Maybe?). Overall, it is a great restaurant.

The service was impeccable. All the wait staff would come by and check on you. You felt like you were the only table. Ricardo, the manager was quite friendly and spent some time talking with us.. The ambiance was great. You didn't feel like you were on the strip with people everywhere. It was a large restaurant but it was sectioned off to make it more intimate. The food was the best by far. The salad was not your typical bar, everything was fresh. The meats were awesome. The whole dining experience was well worth the money.

We took a bachelor party of 9 guys here, the service was on point, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Given that it's Vegas, I think the price was about right. If you've never been to a churrascaria you should definitely go, Fogo is the third one I've been to and perhaps the best. The atmosphere is a bit more lively and the service is fast paced and fun. It is very nice on the inside of the restaurant.

We all went as a treat as a huge group in September 2014. They had an amazing salad buffett with amazing foods, some I had never had before but all very delicious. The meat was so very amazing...Try the lamb! the waiters come right to your table...when you need a break from all the high quality meats that they are walking around with you just flip your tab to either stop or go. so much fun and great food all the way around. If they don't have the meat that you would like to have just tell someone and they will make sure to bring it out to you. They were super friendly and everything was clean and had nice ambiance. Try as much as you can if you go there!

Best experience! 5 star for sure! Loved It! Service was amazing. First time in Las Vegas, and came there for my 50th birthday dinner..also to view the venue as we are planning on having our wedding reception dinner there next year. I highly recommend this to everyone, it's so worth it. Every need was met, excellent service. Top Notch! Very impressed! Can't wait to visit again.
