We are an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) from Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil which features superior service, unrivaled cuisine and a unique dining experience.

You will be pampered by our authentic Gaucho chefs who come to your tableside to carve a variety of succulent meats right off their skewers.  Our featured meats have been slow-roasted over an open flame and lightly seasoned to preserve the unique taste of each tender cut.

Adding to our unique dining experience, you will be treated to a sumptuous, gourmet market table featuring over 30 items including imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables and more.  We complement your meal with traditional Brazilian side dishes such as caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, seasoned mashed potatoes and our world-famous cheese bread (pao de queijo).

No meal is complete without trying a refreshing caipirinha, something from our award-winning wine list or one of our decadent desserts.

Impressive service but food was just Ok. I like the selection of items on garden bar. But some of the meats that came out were under seasoned. I had to add salt to a couple items and almost asked for A1 sauce. While I like a lot of the premium items offered, taste was lacking a lot of the meat items. Additionally, no shrimp, fish, etc. I was sick of red meat by the time we were done. Lastly, it's hard to justify the $50 price which doesn't include beverages or dessert. I did not get my money's worth last night. But overall, enjoyed the experience.

Not a fan. Normally a Fogo de Chao is quite good - not sure if it was an off night, or they were just taking advantage of tourists. The salad bar was great, as usual. But, the meat was all gristly and largely over salted and tasteless. I love Brazilian Steakhouses and have been to a ton of them, and this experience was a huge disappointment. It was the most expensive meal that we had in LV and sadly it was also the worst as well.

The food was fabulous and my favorite steak was the filet mingeon and the picania. I loved the papaya and ate so much. A bit pricey but worth it!!

Great food, excellent service, couldn't ask for anything more. Over numerous visits, Ricardo has always ensured that our visit is top notch, making sure out every need is tended too. Of course the 16 or so selections of Beef/Chicken/Lamb/Pork are delicious, however the salad bar is also awesome! The peppered bacon is to die for!

We had the best time! My brother came to town and we wanted to show him a great time and we definitely did. Actually everyone at Fogo de Chao showed us an amazing time!!! The manager, Ricardo, was very atentative and Debbie gave stellar service! I wish all of my dining experiences were this amazing!

The meat is always cooked perfectly, has a great flavor, top notch quality, savory, never dry, and as much of it as you want. A very extensive salad bar with cheeses, all types of vegetables, sauces, and fish. A great wine menu with many types and ages to choose from. Delicious desserts. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, with low light and modern design. The restaurant features the long salad bar with a large glass wine cellar to the back and the bar on the side. Whenever I go here with my dad the service is great, but when I go with just my friends we seem to not be taken seriously. Tonight I went with my best friend and we are both 20ish. We were watched like hawks the entire time, and even had the manager tell our waitress in Portuguese "I don't think they're going to pay, watch them." (He didn't know we both speak it.) He never came and even greeted us but went and had jovial conversation with every single other guest there. He did frequent our table though, he would walk around our table over and over and just kinda look at us. I've been to other Fogo de Chao's and have had increadible experiences, and understand that they were just worried. But please, take a second to get to know your customers, even if they look young.

Service was extraordinary and the meats were all so delicious and always so hot. Enjoyed the salads and sides. I wished I had more space in my tummy to eat much more. Thank you for a nice Valentines evening. And they gave us a courtesy card for a complimentary dinner or lunch.

I have been here many times before. That is why I considered 2 stars instead of the least amount poasible, the food has always been good. This last time I stuck my neck out, recomended this place and took a client. Upon arrival we were told 15-20 minutes. We waited at the bar. 40 minutes go by and I see the hostess, sort of stared at hwr in hopes she would notice and check up on things. Almost an hour later I went up to her asn asked. She said, "I'm so sorry, oh i'm sorry. I don't know what happened your name must have gone away. My appologies, I'm so sorry". When we get sides the rice was out and a few other things were out as well, I did not bother to check if they replenished those dishes. About 22 minutes into sitting down when we were almost full, they start bringing the meat. Sort of defeats the very foundation of the purpose of an all-you-can-eat style of place. At the end of the meal they brough a flan and appologized for the wait. Take dinner for two, plus bar drinks, plus table drinks and that was an EXPENSIVE flan.
