We are an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) from Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil which features superior service, unrivaled cuisine and a unique dining experience.

You will be pampered by our authentic Gaucho chefs who come to your tableside to carve a variety of succulent meats right off their skewers.  Our featured meats have been slow-roasted over an open flame and lightly seasoned to preserve the unique taste of each tender cut.

Adding to our unique dining experience, you will be treated to a sumptuous, gourmet salad and vegetable bar featuring over 30 items including imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables and more.  We complement your meal with traditional Brazilian side dishes such as caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, seasoned mashed potatoes and our world-famous cheese bread (pao de queijo).

No meal is complete without trying a refreshing caipirinha, something from our award-winning wine list or one of our decadent desserts.

Ok, I love Fogo de Chão and I have been to the ones in Brazil, Boston, Orlando, Baltimore, Miami, and Atlanta. Unfortunately I have to tell people to stay away from the one in Las Vegas. Every single one I visited was amazing and I look forward to try the new one in New York. But the one in Vegas is poorly managed and unfortunately that reflects in poor quality on everything including service and food. The staff in Las Vegas don't know what they are doing including management. The food is not prepared properly and for the $$$ amount you spend, just not worth going there. If you are in Boston, or any of the cities I mentioned, I strongly suggest you go to Fogo de Chao, those restaurants were worth every penny.

Decent Brazilian steakhouse, but a ways off the strip. It'll do, but if you're in Vegas, there are many many many better steaks to be had.

Staff is not very friendly. Our waiter never returned to our table once. We had to flag someone down for refills and only one of four of us got a refill on their iced tea (no ice). They were handing out "Valentine's Day gifts which was a buy one get one free on your next visit. I guess that is the only way they will get anyone to return. This place quality wise has nothing on Texas de Brazil. Not impressed with the salad bar at all. The meat did not have a lot of flavor . All the beef tasted the same as well the fact it was very fatty. I guess it would not of been such a bad experience if the service not had been so poor. Save your money.

Let me preface this review by stating that I rarely write anything negative about any restaurants, as I typically enjoy any dining experience. However, Fogo de Chao Las Vegas was arguably the worst value of any restaurant I have ever visited. $75 for a mediocre dinner consisting of cheap meat and outrageously priced cocktails - with a side of food poisoning lasting for the next three days. Unless you want to spend your entire Vegas vacation curled up in your hotel room with debilitating nausea, stay away from Fogo. You're better off eating at any casino buffet.

8 of us went this past Saturday evening, showed up 30 minutes before closing and everything was absolutely amazing. The service was over the top, the food was excellent and just melts in your mouth; we had a birthday person with us and they hooked her up with a nice dessert and made her feel pretty special. After we finished they called taxi's for us and waited an hr after closing for them to pick us up. Just a great experience all together.
