We love Oklahoma because the people of this great state have been very good to us over the years. As a result, we have decided to donate $10,000 to Samaritan's Purse. These funds will be used to provide relief in Moore and other surrounding communities. We continue to pray and trust that God will bring total restoration to all the families affected by the storms.

I have bought three cars now from Nelson Mazda! I always get great service. I particularly liked my most recent salesperson, Sterling Ellis. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and was not high-pressure. I purchased a new 2015 Mazda3, and I love it!

FanTASTIC!!! We walked in the door needing 2 cars ASAP. The only reason I didn't leave with a car the same day was because I didn't have time to stick around for the paper work. My salesman, Matt S., the finance guy, Tom R. and the managerial staff that were there that day made it a BREEZE. They helped my sister purchase her first car, and worked with her to get her the financing she needed. We plan on going back in 6 months when we need another car. THANKS NELSON MAZDA!!

We went to Nelson Mazda October of 2013 to look for a small car. I found a Chevy hhr and it had a lot of dings from hail.Salesman said no problem they will fix it.A little bit later was told No to much to fix. So salesman said i just had a hhr come in come in lets test it.We go to get in the car back seat had a car seat in it with kids video game no big deal maybe they were just trading it in. So as we are pulling off the lot i look down and there is a ladies bra on floor. We did a test drive and heard a noise in front end but sales guy said that was normal for small rattle because the car is low to ground and it is kind of rough riding anyway. I was not real sure but it did quit. Then they said sense my credit was not real good they would have to put a device on it so they could shut it down if we missed a payment. Ok no problem. Needless to say we took the car home not more driving it because it was raining out.Next morning was going to work it made a funny noise when started. Again i thought it was just me.Because i shut it off and started it again and it was ok. Going home from work it started making the rattle noise in the front again.I stopped at a car repair shop and they checked it out for me. They said shocks were shot on back and front end needed $2.000 worth of work, they explained it all to me. I took my car back on the 3rd day ( sense i did have a 3 day return) and when they came out for me to explain what was going on with the car and what the car shop said.They went to move it to service it would not start at all.After he messed with it,then it did start. They said they would fix the car and they gave me a loaner....... Well after a week went by i heard nothing i called, still working on it. week 2 not done yet. Ok i understand it needs work.So I went there week later they said they sent it to Chevy dealer. Next step( I talked with Mr George)It would not have been bad if my salesman would have kept me informed but he did not.So Mr George was not happy and he did not know anything about what was going on.I told him everything and even the bra story,I thought he was going to fall out of his chair. But even under the stress and being pissed off we did laugh about it. He did make sure the salesman kept us informed after all being said. Anyway 30 days later the day my first payment is due, I got a call my car was done.We go to get it and were walking to it,now there is a screw in back left tire..we leave it again go back next day pick up car go to wash it now none of our tires match.Them 3 days later starter making weird noise again, I called the service guy said that is normal, all those cars have funny sound when starting, and needless to say the front is still making the same noise again..We went to trade it in today at Nelson Mazda had a great salesman his name is Mike. Point being. We were approved for the car we wanted but our car was upside down so many thousand. REALLY!!! no kidding. and for some reason you could not add any on the new car.You wanted all that down....That's how it works? You sell a piece of shit car to someone trying to fix there credit. And then slap them in the face...Because they have high repair bills That is not good business at all.And I will make sure more people know that is how it works. We will go else where from now on.

I worked with Dean Wilson and Tom Penland. The experience was awesome. I've been to other dealerships that seem to be running on their own agenda and I definitely didn't feel like that at any point. Going on the test drive was super informative. Dean explained and showed some of the unique features the cx-5 has to offer. At the end of the day I walked away with a brand new car and a feeling that Nelson Mazda is really about customer satisfaction. I would recommend Nelson Mazda to anyone looking to get any amazing car and car buying experience.

I would like to extend a big thank you to Dan Crossland, Dean Wilson and Ricky Demoss for making the buying experience a pleasure from beginning to end. We searched almost every car dealer in town and none of them provided the level of relaxed and thoughtful service that Nelson Mazda provided. First class all the way! My salesman, Adrian Wilson was hardworking, professional & personable. The sales manager, Doug Green spent a lot of time getting me the best deal possible. I will recommend Nelson Mazda to everyone because they know how to treat you right. Their showroom was immaculate. I love the fact that Mazda gives a lifetime power train warranty, so I don't have to worry about repairs. Being a single parent, this is very important. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. All in all it was an amazing experience! Come see them for your next vehicle purchase, you won't be sorry!

I can only rate Nelson Mazda on their service and parts departments as I did not purchase from them. Below is an except of an e-mail I sent to the director of their parts and service department with no response received. I had already decided to not do business with your service department any longer after an attempt to sell unnecessary procedures on a vehicle with only 22,500 miles on the odometer. During that oil change visit I was advised I needed to have a B&G fuel system flush done along with some other items for a total charge of around $400. I declined the additional services and vowed I'd be doing my own service going forward or find a local, reputable mechanic. As I'm approaching the time to perform the 30,000 mile service I decided to visit your parts department this past Saturday to purchase the necessary filters for the required work. I had already researched the parts online and knew the total MSRP would be around $58. However, the parts counter person advised me the total was $72 plus tax. When I mentioned I knew this was more than MSRP his reply was "that's what we charge for these parts". I understand that Nelson Mazda is the only dealership in town, but I feel this type of service is unacceptable and have thus decided that this may be the last Mazda vehicle I own. When I compare the service level with other dealerships in the area (such as Bill Knight Ford and Jim Norton Toyota) the Nelson Mazda experience receives an F rating in my book.

Good experience so far for me.My salesman was Dean Wilson who was thoughtful and informative. I told him I had been looking at many of the competing cars in the mini SUV category, and unlike some of the competition, he didn't tell me what was wrong with those cars he just told me what was right with Mazda. I like this approach! The dealership was extremely busy the day I decided to buy and, long story short, many people in the organization took the time to check on my son and me during the times I needed to wait. I did my research prior to buying and got fair prices on my trade-ins with no hassles. Service after the sale is the best measure of the dealership in my opinion, and Dean has really shone in this department. I've had to contact him with questions and/or problems and he has always responded in a timely fashion. I love my Mazdas!
