The situation was supposed to be resolved today but wasn't. the amount of trouble this dealership has put myself and family through is rediculous. To be told there is nothing that can be done with double warranty on a new vehicle?!?!

We love Oklahoma because the people of this great state have been very good to us over the years. As a result, we have decided to donate $10,000 to Samaritan's Purse. These funds will be used to provide relief in Moore and other surrounding communities. We continue to pray and trust that God will bring total restoration to all the families affected by the storms.

My fiance and I bought a car here recently and plan on buying from them in the future. The two salesmen we talked to were Carlos and, primarily, Dallas. There was zero pressure to buy immediately. It took us a few trips to make up our mind and Dallas was patient and helpful through the whole process. The upfront pricing was also nice; I've always hated haggling over things and there wasn't any of that here. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I will never shop for a car anywhere else. I love the price transparency and that the sales people do not work on commission. It was nice not feeling like shark bait when I pulled into the lot. Patrick was absolutely amazing and truly worked hard for me. It was the most at ease I have ever been while shopping for a car.

The salesman was very helpful in helping me with the car I wanted.. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming, at no time did I feel pressured to make a deal I didn't want. They also worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and needed considering I had a trade with negative equity and in the end I ended up with a better deal than I asked for. The only negative thing I can say is it took a very long time to get into the finance office and get the deal finalized. That being said once I was in the office the process was very fast and positive.. The salesman I worked with was Jermane Swain and I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle. He is very friendly and laid back never tried to convince me that I couldn't get the terms I wanted.. He also contacted me a few days after the sale to see how I enjoyed the car.

I bought a used 2008 Toyota Tundra with 163892 miles from Nelson Mazda 9902 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK on May 27, 2016. I also purchased a preferred protection plan by NWAN. The finance person and the sales person told me if I wanted the car serviced due to the check engine light being on that I could just bring it to the service department. On August 30, 2016 I brought the truck to the Nelson Mazda service department because the truck would not accelerate properly and it would take several minutes to reach 65 mph. Geoff Risner the service Advisor signed me in and we took a drive and told him and showed him what the problem was with the truck. He wrote: “customer states VCS OFF light flashing, check engine light & trac control light all on. Every time stopping vehicle bucks, manual shifting does not work (veh shifts when it wants to) & hearing rattling from engine when RPMS go up.” On August 31, 2016 I received a call that my truck was ready so at 12pm I paid $1,019.14, and when I turned on the truck the engine light was still on. I informed Geoff and he said he would check that out. I called September 1 and Geoff said the truck was not ready and the engine light was still on. Geoff called me on Friday September 2 and said the truck was ready. When I took the truck the engine light came on before I drove the truck out of the lot and I informed Geoff and he said the light would stay on until I took it to the Toyota dealership and have it reset. He explained all the work that was done to the truck and that it should work properly. Friday night when I put the truck on the freeway the truck would not accelerate properly. So after labor day, on Tuesday, a week later, I called Geoff and he told me I had to take it to the Toyota dealership and have them work on it. I told him to put himself in my position, I paid $1019.14 for service that did not resolve my truck problems. I told him to have the service manager call me. Today is Thursday, September 8, 2016 and no one from Nelson Mazda has called me.

I brought my custom Mazda 6 in for a recall on my airbags and I had Jacob Graham help me and talk to me on the phone. He was amazingly friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership for all your car related needs. Staff was amazing and time was quick and efficient. Also gave me a free car wash card!

We had by far the best car shopping experience at Nelson Mazda. Dallas and the rest of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, super personable, and not pushy what so ever! They have a great selection of new and used Mazdas, and their prices are very competitive.

I bought both my vehicles here! Love the people! Go in and ask for Misti! Misti's awesome, and definitely gives it her all to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Finance is just as awesome with Doug AKA "Dougie Fresh". If you're servicing your vehicle, Jacob is great and will make sure your vehicle is taken care of! Mazda makes a good vehicle for driving in town. Engine technology is quite impressive. They made a huge jump in how much HP a gas engine can produce. So you get a smaller engine, same power, less weight= better fuel milage and handling. Plus the transmission is as smooth as I've driven. My cx-5 takes a specific oil (0w-10?). I usually do my own maintenance, but just the oil at auto stores costs more than what Nelson charges for complete oil change and fluid top off. So that seems a good deal to me. Plus they have the best waiting room in town. Video games. Free pop. Tv. And they are nice. Only negative is all the plastic. It breaks easy if you bump into something. But all cars are plastic nowdays. And I'm used to the old metal bumpers and panels.
