LMAO Somehow I made a mistake on the email I used for my alternate PSN ID. I probably added something when I was typing up my email when I was signing up for my account. So I don't know the email. I know the password & security question but not the email. So I send an email to customer support for help. They send me an email telling me they need the email for that account. LOL I just said I don't know it that's why I'm asking for help. I can tell Sony customer service doesn't read the emails customers send to them nor want to be helpful.
