Well heck! My last comment yielded such a great answer from +Eric Wu, I thought I would ask one last question that has been on my mind. Thanks again Eric!

Can a super authoritative site hurt their rankings on a specific keyword by using the same anchor text for internal links pointing to a category page?

For example: The site I work for has a category page for "Whey Protein". We have published over 30,000 health and fitness articles that, many of which, mention "whey protein" and link to that category page with the same anchor text: whey protein. The end result is that we have an abnormal amount of internal links pointing to that page when you compare back-links of the other pages ranking for that keyword.

Is it possible this could negatively affect us? I don't think it would, but I thought I would double check.

Will you burn your site by using keyword-rich on-page navigation every time and for every site? No, probably not. Can it happen that you burn a certain, super-authoritative site by using keyword-anchored, boilerplate, on-page navigation? For sure. Has it ever happened that sites that were "only doing things that are good for the user" been burned by Google? Aye. The situation is anything by binary, plenty of shades in between, it is all a question of how much risk are you willing to take with your site. If you are risk averse, sometimes the smart thing is to play it safe and dilute your keywords in your navigational links, even if it is good for the user.

The only good thing is that damage from these manipulation is usually easy to reverse

What is your favorite brand of Whey Protein? Mine are Dymatize ISO 100 and Bodybuilding.com's own Whey Power Brand.

This looks like it's going to be a great 12 week trainer. I had the insiders first look last week. :)

Does anyone have any experience with Dust.js?

I work for a commerce company and our IT team is pushing to switch our JSP server-side templates over to client-side templates using a JavaScript library called Dust.js.

This really looks like it could be cloaking to me. However, LinkedIn seems to have implemented this and is doing fine so far.

We have asked this question over at seoMoz and have not had any responses from anyone yet.

Here is the link for more details: http://www.seomoz.org/q/dust-js-client-side-javascript-templates-seo

Any help or a good "pointing in the right direction" would be very helpful. Thank you!

Messed up my order, but was more than happy to fix it. Decent burger. Good place to take the fam for a cheaper meal. Sounded like they might be a better breakfast place.

I have been consistently having problems with my internet connection with Cable One for a few weeks. For example... My internet connection keeps going down every few minutes today. I finally hooked my computer up to my phone through an app on my Tmobile 4g slide. I can't believe my PHONE has a more reliable internet connection than a Cable service... unbelievable. Epic fail Cable One.

They do a great job for us there. Haven't had any issues outside of a mistake I made by giving them the wrong card to charge. They seam to be pretty prompt and willing to make their customers happy.
