I'm personally not crazy about a laser being any where near my head. I'm losing hair on the crown and beginning to lose it high in the back and on the sides also. I eat a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and proteins as prescribed by a nutritionist for me. I have no serious health issues other than trying to control my weight, so that's not the cause of my loss. I have always had thin baby fine hair, and lately have noticed hair loss.
Let me say up front... I am not being paid by the company that sells this product and have NO affiliation with them, other than being a satisfied user of their product.
(you can google the product name if interested) I'm not trying to sell anyone on it, just passing on what is working for me to anyone that might be interested. Their website is very informative, so I'll just tell you how I use it, which is how they say to use it.
I use an all natural herbal blend shampoo. It's called Neopel. Their site says it's made with 87 different herbal extracts, and made for everyday use. Using it every day is perfect for me because I have a very oily scalp and have to wash it every day to keep from looking like an oil factory.
You wash your hair with it in the shower. Leave the shampoo in your hair while you wash the rest of your body. Try to leave it on at least 3-5 minutes, then rinse with clear cool water. They have a conditioner that I haven't had to use. The shampoo has not dried my hair out or made it frizzy. My hair feels soft and shines nicely after it has dried. They do suggest that you don't use any other products in your hair. No dyes, bleaches, gels, or sprays. Let you hair stay natural.
I've been using it for about 3 months and have seen increased thickness and growth in the back and beginning to notice a difference on the crown and sides. It isn't an overnight cure, but it is starting to be effective for me. It's kind of expensive, but not as expensive as some products I've tried with no effect. I would recommend this if you have tried others and not had any noticeable difference.
I also take 10,000 mcg of Biotin daily, a good women's multi vitamin daily and try to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.
