IS ZOCA.ME DEAD?

Did someone cut of the life support?

No one has bought a thing for weeks!

Are the beads that ugly?

I think there beautiful but I'm a fat Farang so my judgement is questionable, I no longer drink so you'd think I'd be able to make a valid decision, and I still think thease are stunning beads, and buying them goes to helping the beads makers make more money than they've ever made before from there beautiful hand made artworks. SO If you love your mum/wife/significant other,

BUY SOME FOR END OF YEAR CHRISTMAS!!!!!

STOCKPILE!!!!

Each bead is hand made from old bottles, recycling them into individual works of art.

So this weekend only - look how pathetic I am getting - I am reduced to posting photo's of Dar in a Teak Leaf Bikini! And a Elephant Ear One Piece.

Ork Pan Sar

is also when we hold our fireworks night

Our houses we decorate with candles for luck, and let off fireworks to scare away ghosts.

In the city not many people do this much but int the village it can be pretty dangerous

Also we go out to our little temple and make a special prayer.

Our kids love this of course, the fireworks and and all the fun

The sunset was even like a firework

My Nephew he gay - this his dad - funny story
John Hawker originally shared:

Musketry - ir Being Gay in Thailand

Beware the British are coming - or being close to Laos is that Napoleon?

Ram loaded ball firing, we make our own gun powder too!

I must admit Daan look pretty dashing in his out fit. Bit of a Afghan rebel look to him circa 1902.

Off to the Kyber Pass Daan?

Dan is the father of Baan, our gay nephew who Dar wrote her book about. A boy who became a Monk for his summer holidays.

Being Gay is nothing anyone gives a flying hoot about in Thailand.

Daan used is get a little upset, he wished his son sometimes wasn't gay we knew.

But when Baan was 13 he came home from school with a Black eye and the Principal called Dar (Daan and Laat his parents were working in the Deep South tapping rubber trees at the time so Dar was the contact for Baan)

"There has been a problem at school with Baan being involved in a fight"

OH NO

"Yes, it is quite serious"

OH NO

"Yes, as a school we don't like boys fighting and it seems two other boys from a year older than Baan started a fight with him calling him names for being gay and then started fighting him"

OH NO

"So we want you to punish Bann"

WHAT FOR??????

"Well he beat up the two boys very badly, I don't think one can walk and the other won't be able to come to school for over a week, their very badly hurt, he knocked them both out. They are badly injured, we don't like boys being beaten up"

Dar started laughing, told the teacher if two olders boys pick on a smaller boy, well "Som Nom Nar" (Sucks to be you) as we say in Thailand

We called Baan's Father and Mother.

Daan I suspect was beaming about as big as in the photo below.

Baan never had a problem as school again. Daan never complained about Baan being gay again.

Happily in Thailand this is a VERY rare thing to happen violence about being gay.

In Australia it's a pretty common thing, "Poofta Bashing", a vile tradition that I hope goes away one day.

Here being gay isn't given a second thought.

Gay people and women hold positions at the top of industry.

The ex leaders of military have been gay I hear

Any way, Daan is off with his Musket to go bird hunting om Dar's new bike, wish him luck.
