Worst parts department i have ever dealt with. Very arrogant and unwilling to ask for help. They think they know everything!! Then when a mistake on their part happens (which is often), the blame is placed on someone else or some other entity thats not there to defend themselves> Just admit you screwed up for petes sake!! Ill order sight unseen off of Ebay before i buy something from Pro Caliber again!

I've purchased several bikes from Pro Caliber. I've always gotten a good deal, and their service department is top notch. Also, their accessories shop is well stocked with tons of goodies. There's something for everyone, and their parts department is also kick ass.

Worst shop ever. Went to test drive a new bike and when both of the floor models wouldn't start because the batteries were dead the sale representative said to just come back in a couple of days. This was 2 hours before the closing time. Really, just change the battery out, 15 minutes. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back three days later for the test drive. The bike was charged and ready to go, but oh no they told me they wouldn't let me test drive it if I wasn't going to be financing the bike. They didn't want to put miles on it in case someone else wanted to buy it. Idiots, if the bike fit it would've been sold. Never going back.

A little disappointed in the lack of selection of smaller cc bikes (250s, etc) but lots of gear, lots of other bikes and machines to ogle. Employees were nice, though they seemed too busy with bigger customers for more than a greeting with me, which was fine since I was just browsing.

Stopped by on Sunday to look at some Polaris Atv's, selection wasn't all that great, but can't blame the dealer for that, could be delays or popularity. So wanted to get an idea what is all the major deference between 570 and 850 besides the motor size, like the esp to SP model. the sales guy didn't seem all that knowledgeable, I kinda new what I wanted and asked if he can get me their best price. Asked the sales guy 3 times on the price , he asked me to make an offer so I made one not to sound like a lowballer. He didn't like the offer, so I said what you can do on the price he pointed to the MSRP price, I told the sales guy that I was able to get a price from Polaris of Portland that was better than the MSRP, his reply was let me know what it was, I told him no, I wanted to know what he can do for me, so I asked for his best price again, he didn't even bother to go and check. Stood around me like I was going to boost that thing. I was ready to buy one for myself and one for kids. I'm in sales myself and never had a experience like this before, the sales guy needs training. First of Get to know the customer ask what is his primary use for the atv, is it for farm or trail riding maybe he can benefit from another model besides the one he was looking at, if you see a customer that is not sure what he is looking for, explain between the models negatives and the positives, ask what is his budget, if you don't have that model check when there is one coming in, basically act like a sales rep. I usually don't name drop, but this sales guy needs training C.B.

Bought a quad and a 4 seat ATV. Had a great experience. Mark Mcgill, the sales guy, was great to work with. He knows his stuff. Chris Hertz was quick and detailed with the closing paperwork. Definitely would recommend to others. Plus lots of goodies in the Pro Shop to look at.
