"I've made substantial sums of money from this."

Lives in a shithole.

Yeah, does not compute.

Girl pushes like 2 buttons and then turns off the screen and hands it back. He looks at it and says "Caitlyn?". Yeah, this isn't scripted at alllllll.

Thanks for teaching me how to cut the top off of a piece of bread. Truly a much-needed youtube video.

If you want medium rare you should shoot more for ~130. 140 is medium so you're between med rare/med at 135. I personally do 129 and it's always perfect.

I'll try that. My wife prefers something more on the medium side, 135 is a compromise.

Bit of an egregious use of "literally". These tires "literally" transformed your 2wd car into an AWD car? That's amazing, how'd they do that?

Owner spent a lot of time with me answering questions, and more importantly, helping me pick out a frame that would look ok on me. I liked that he was very upfront in his opinion - if he didn't like something on me, he told me, which is something I needed to hear as I had no idea what I should go for. He wound up helping me pick out an excellent pair of glasses after spending a long time due to my indecisiveness. Highly recommended.

Keep in mind this review is not based off of their work, but rather how I believe they try and take advantage of uninformed customers. I was trying to change my oil the other day and couldn't get the oil pan bolt off as it was a used car I just purchased and the bolt was too rounded. I simply didn't have the leverage that a vehicle lift would provide to get it off. I went and purchased a new OEM Honda oil pan bolt from the dealership to replace it with. I contacted them about my dilemma. They wrote back telling me they wouldn't change the oil unless I used their oil/oil filter/bolt they supplied as it's a liability. They also told me it was going to cost me, and I quote, "A synthetic oil change for your car would be roughly $50. Plus whatever the cost of removing the oil pan bolt". Let's review the facts: 1) It's a liability to use my oil that comes in a sealed container from Mobil 1 2) It's a liability to use my oil filter that it's a sealed box from Fram 3) It's a liability to use a bolt that's in a sealed bag from Honda - herp durr, it's a bolt, if it fits, that's the end of it 4) They want to charge me money to remove a bolt that you ALREADY REMOVE TO CHANGE THE OIL. Honestly, if removing a rounded bolt is so difficult for them (which I'm sure will be there excuse for the quote on that), then this shop is frankly incompetent. Look, if you guys want to overcharge me on your own oil and whatnot, at least be upfront about it. Don't spin me this tale about how you could be liable for damages using oil that is 99% more likely to be better than the garbage you buy in bulk to resell to me at a premium. I've brought parts to other shops previously and all they've ever asked is that I sign a waiver saying they aren't responsible if the part breaks/breaks something else/etc. I guess I should've expected this from a shop who charges $60 to read one check engine light.. when you can buy a machine on amazon to do the very same thing in <1 minute on for $15.

This place is honestly trash. I ordered a pizza at 9:45 PM on a Wednesday. At 11 PM I finally called them to see where it was at. No one picked up the phone there. I called back a little later, no answer. Called back a third time - after ringing for a solid minute, I connected through but all I heard was a buzzing noise, no one on the other end. Pizza never showed up (shocking, right?).
