Do not buy anything from this dealership. I purchased a brand new Tacoma. The purchasing experience was fine. I traded in a car with a roof rack on it and was told that they would reimburse me for the roof rack. It has been going on 5 months and I still have not received the reimbursement. Multiple employees told me that it has been sent in the mail. They told me they we resend it overnight and to void the previous check when I receive it. I verified they have the correct address. Still no check. I leave messages with the receptionist and never get any calls back. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. As for the Service Center, the Customer Service was also terrible. I walked in for my first service and the first guy I talked to told me he was too busy and sent me to another guy who just walked away from me with out saying anything. After waiting for 5 minutes I walked back to the first guy and was eventually taken care of. While waiting for my car to be completed I witnessed another customer, who had been waiting for her car, go up and ask what time her car would be completed and was told that it had been done for an hour. This customer had been sitting there for an hour and had never been told that her car was completed. Terrible customer service. Stay away from North Hills Toyota. There is another dealership up the road in Cranberry. I don't have personal experience with them, but it is impossible to be any worse than North Hills Toyota. Complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
