Marasco & Nesselbush managing partner, Joseph P. Marasco was recently quoted in Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly regarding damages recovered after a slip and fall at the Rhode Island Veterans Home because the case did not fall under the public duty doctrine.

Joe agreed with the decision that allows negligent parties to be held responsible even if they are related to the government.
