I've loved having our Mercedes serviced at Viti until recently. When I look at the reviews the most recent reviews echo my feeling which is that something has changed with service & it's not for the better. My last oil change wasn't good... my vehicle wasn't ready, work was written on the RO that wasn't performed... not impressed. It may be time to look for another Mercedes dealer.

Viti's sales experience was terrible. My service experience was terrible, I have spent thousands of dollars and they repaid in total disrespect The GM never had courtesy to respond to my email

I would NEVER purchase a car from this dealership! Horrible experience. Pricing changed on me several times. Disrespectful and rude. Left hanging with out a vehicle. Treated so poorly!

One week after my car was serviced, the heating system broke down due to ice/water buildup. Although my warranty had just lapsed, Doug and the service department decided to honor the expired warranty and made all the necessary repairs free of charge! They picked up the car promptly, left a loaner, and then delivered my car back one day later in great shape. Their service has always been excellent, but they truly went "above and beyond" my expectations this time. Their professionalism, knowledge, skill and friendliness makes it a pleasure to recommend them and I am both very grateful and very lucky to have Doug and the Viti staff servicing my car.

Every experience I have with Viti is terrible. Most of the people there don't really care about you, they just want your money. In my most recent visit to have my check engine like serviced, I was told diagnostics would be $130 and if I wanted to proceed with the repairs I would get a quote once they discovered the problem. After finding the problem (and quoting me $905 for the job), I was hesitant to do the work. I discovered that the part in question I can order from Mercedes for $175 and the time it would take to do the repair, according to Mercedes, is around 30 minutes. I was over quoted by $649! That's how much they wanted to steal from me. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car today, there was a $350 diagnoses charge instead of the $130 that they originally told me it would be. This place is just unbelievable. They do not care about you at all, they'll give you fake smiles and handshakes and won't treat you fairly. I brought it to another mechanic (an ex-Mercedes mechanic) and he did the whole job for $255. Do yourself a favor: heed my warning. If you plan on going to Viti for any kind of service, before you agree to their costs do your own research. Find out how much the part costs, how much labor is involved, and get accurate quotes from other mechanics before you waste your money at Viti.

I was a long-time, loyal customer of Viti until recently. I had both of my Mercedes vehicles serviced there over the years and was always satisfied until I was assigned a new service advisor, Russ Machado. Russ is extremely rude, does not return phone calls and could care less about having your business. The same goes for the service director, Tony Miele, and the general manager, Will Dame. They denied my insurance company's check, Progressive Insurance, and expected me to immediately pay over $7k out of pocket. I opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of how I was disrespected and mis-treated by the staff. Will and Tony did nothing to correct it, in fact, they didn't even apologize for the degrading voicemails that I showed them. Inskip now has my business and I couldn't be happier!

I am on my fifth Mercedes from Viti. Everything about the dealership is great. Competitive prices, very personal sales staff, great sales manager in Will Dame and wonderful service advisor in Sue McDermott. They go out of their way to make every experience a positive one. I recommend them to all my friends including those living in the Boston area since they do free pick up and delivery there. A great place

Viti was very helpful when I needed to have some work done on my car. I had had an accident and needed repairs. They were right there to help me and did a great job on my car. I would definitely recommend them but I definitely don't want another accident!
