Meat.
If I drive my electric car with its batteries charged by solar panels 12 miles to the butchers and back then eat a steak, I may as well drive 40 miles, in reverse, in a Challenger 2 tank (4 gallons to the mile) and buy some lentils.
I'm not a vegetarian, but I should be. My daughter is and I'm very proud of her.
Recently watched Cowspiracy  and it's really, I mean really depressing even for an occasional meat eater like me.
It's horribly obvious that the mass rearing of farm animals is a huge problem, much much bigger than, as this film shows, even people in the environmental movement are willing to admit.
Suggesting people stop or even drastically reduce eating meat is clearly electoral suicide, dammit we are dumb.
Cowspiracy is a damning condemnation of Greenpeace, The Sierra Club and other but obviously, primarily the agri-business conglomerates have rather a lot to do with it.
Chop down forest, plant soya beans, feed soya to cattle, eat the meat.
Don't think about it. It is insane.
If you feel a bit glum and eat meat, don't watch this, it'll ruin your day.

Non-spoiler Ender's Game review:

Having read the book, it felt really, really rushed. Large swathes of conversations with his sister are missed. The significance of "third" is never explained. His parents are two dimensional. When someone says "you really can't stop me" early on it just sounds like they're being aggressive. What his siblings get up to while Ender isn't at home is not covered. The Ansible is mentioned twice in passing, and never explained. The ending and computer-game are changed, badly. The book takes place over years, and ender doesn't age at all in the film. Even right at the end.

THAT. SAID.

If it gets people to read the book to find out why it felt so rushed, good.

And for goodness sake, there are nine battle rooms! >:(
