To the average church goer Celebration seems like a wonderful place. I thought so too until I got plugged in and served. How I was treated was pretty ugly. My experience was so bad that I quit attending church at all. My company, Imagine Your Dreams, llc is currently producing a documentary about the experience. After accepting Jesus as my Lord & Savior I looked for a new church home and picked Celebration. I joined the Media team, served the pastor over the Spanish ministry, handed out Spanish language Bibles that I bought to people in need, taught English as a second language in the portables behind the church in the evenings, helped find work for the men in the Spanish men's group, joined a home group, and so on. All was fine for a while until one day I became a Celebration Leper. Nobody would return my emails or phone calls. When I showed up the next Sunday nobody would talk to me. If they saw me coming they turned away. If I caught them off guard they were clearly disturbed and made their escape as quickly as possible. I was not allowed to attend any home groups or men's groups. I sent a final email to many of the staff I knew and apologized for whatever it was I had done to offend them and asked for their forgiveness. I also sent Hallmark cards to others begging for forgiveness. I got complete silence in return. As I sat through my last service in tears on the back row, about halfway through Joe's sermon a person slid up beside me and whispered something that changed my life. "You are not alone, they are known for this". Thus began the investigation of these allegations, including interviews with people who attend, people who don't attend, pastors & lay people, and a few people on staff willing to meet me incognito at a coffee shop far away. "No Forgiveness Here" details the humiliation, embarrassment, and lack of forgiveness I felt while attending Celebration. Our entertainment attorneys are reviewing of every frame of video, every word of dialogue, and every piece of documented evidence to ensure it's the absolute truth. We had a short subject play at SXSW this year and hope to complete this in time to enter our feature length documentary into SXSW 2014. Don't jump to conclusions either way until you see the story.

Called them today and asked about availability to order the new iPhone. Some guy on the phone said they were sold out and would not take any more orders for six months. Really? I said. I couldn't believe it so I went in and was able to order my phone on the spot. I couldn't identify the sales person's voice, but didn't appreciate the joke.

I came here to review the store *after* I had been there and was surprised to find the bad reviews. It would seem that might be the norm. All I can say is that on my visit I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. My iPhone looked like it had a dead pixel but it turned out to be dust under the glass. They fixed it and had me on my way in 10 minutes. The store was slammed too, lots of people. But everyone seemed to be happy and getting the help they needed. I had heard about the appointment system so I had called the night before and set my appointment. Maybe they all got a bonus that morning or something because it was *not* like the bad reviews. Too bad those reviewers couldn't get the same level of service I got. I use the web site all the time, but whaddya gonna do if you want some hands-on with the new iPad?
