They've been great for me, sure they get swamped from time to time , but they've been good to me. I mean, you buy something, don't even look at what you bought then get upset when your surprise package is a....surprise.

Phenomenal! That's what I have to say about Dr. Dryer and his staff. I suffered intractable pain in my lumbar, SI, and had pain shooting down the backs of both legs and both feet were always numb. I've had this problem for years before I finally found Dr. Dryer. In one morning, he cured ALL of it with an L4 laminectomy, discectomy with fusion and hardware. Today the only pain I have is surgical pain which will go away soon enough. I can feel my feet for the first time in what seems like forever, no neuropathy at all. I think he's brilliant and would heartily recommend him to anyone. My wife has also had two spinal surgeries with Dr. Dryer with the same results - pain free. Go see him!

UPDATED Sep 9, 2015. I have had two problems lately with my iPad Air2 and iPhone. On my iPad I screwed up my appointment time and came at 5:30 instead of 4:30. No worries, they worked me in with a total wait of 10 mins. They replaced my broken iPad until Apple Care and sent me on my way - total time in store 45 mins. Second time I dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. Knowing me, I have Apple care. This time I arrived on time and got my iPhone replaced in 20 mins. Honestly, I've had exceptional service at this store. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I came here to review the store *after* I had been there and was surprised to find the bad reviews. It would seem that might be the norm. All I can say is that on my visit I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. My iPhone looked like it had a dead pixel but it turned out to be dust under the glass. They fixed it and had me on my way in 10 minutes. The store was slammed too, lots of people. But everyone seemed to be happy and getting the help they needed. I had heard about the appointment system so I had called the night before and set my appointment. Maybe they all got a bonus that morning or something because it was *not* like the bad reviews. Too bad those reviewers couldn't get the same level of service I got. I use the web site all the time, but whaddya gonna do if you want some hands-on with the new iPad?

I have gotten great help from Dr. Aijaz. He will take whatever time necessary to listen to my complaints and then offers options. Unfortunately pain management is a lot of trial and error, there's no magic bullet. We tried a few things unsuccessfully but then hit a home run with Lyrica which controls my fibromyalgia very well. When I developed facet pain, he got me into a surgical center quickly and did some steroid injections which completely healed me. I was in so much pain before seeing him I wished God would just take me but now I'm doing well. I get short tempered with some pain sufferers because they don't follow orders. The doctor can only do so much. Proper diet, exercise, & counseling if warranted is the patient's responsibility. I'm a retired former police officer, I trust Dr. Aijaz for my care.

I've been renting cameras in the Austin area for about 15 years. Keith & John are great to work with. Their store is a little off the beaten path but well worth the find. They have a surprising variety & amount of gear. I highly recommend them. Since they have come along I don't go anywhere else.
