All in all, my experience here was great. Despite the "crowed" racks of products, the staff were able to find everything that I asked for. I knew what I wanted, and they retrieved what i wanted, with out attempting to persuade me otherwise. The one time they did get me the wrong product ( RAM with almost the same name, but different prices / colors), my sales man gladly returned it and got me the correct product. I bought and Intel i5-4590, 8 GB set of Crucial ballistix sport, and an EVGA 500B Power Supply. All three worked perfectly with my motherboard, no damage on the products at all. I also purchased an AOC Monitor, which also came with no problems.

Overly aggressive sales staff (surely commission based) which can be annoying if you already know what you want. I asked for specifically the absolute cheapest LGA1150 motherboard and the salesman tried to sell me the "best value" and then "best value for a cheap price" before showing me what I wanted on the third try. He had no answer when I asked why he thinks I need a more expensive motherboard and gave the excuse "I'm not trying to take your money man, just trying to do my job.". That being said, the prices and selection are great and I've had a good experience with their customer service desk.

For an IT consultant and heavy IT Consumer MicroCenter Beats Big Box store across the way. I have shopped this store for a number of years and i must say I have seen their growth for the better. Of course I can tell you i have had some great sales people and some horrible ones that seem to lack personality or was having a screwed up day. My recent visits have proven they care more now about customers than before. I Great assistance from floor manager Evan and sales assoc Andrew B. My advice would don't got if your in a rush because the lines will truly frustrate you from being so long. But if you attempt to have patience in your heart you can leave with a smile. I have even seen where if the line is too long the clerk that operates the online order only desk will come and pick the customer at the front of the line if line is moving too slow. i have also had to once or twice place my order online from my phone while in the store and was able to check out sooner than waiting in the regular line. but overall the stores product and price quality are all reflective and pretty reliable. It is the soul purpose of Tower IT Consulting to take the fear out of IT and serve customers with compassion. We appreciate Micro Center for aiding us in that process.

I'm very glad I live near (10 minutes by freeway) the Michigan Microcenter. I had a bad first experience years ago - I'd built my own system & was having a bit of trouble, so I brought it to the tech center for trouble-shooting & advice. Let's just say there were significant problems. The management did what they could to make it up to me & I've learned since to be my own tech support. Otherwise, they are a great resource for when I need something NOW & the staff are very pleasant & helpful (even at the times when I've been a bit cranky). I've found excellent refurb deals there too - I miss them having mice & keyboards on display (FEEL is important), but I guess sometimes customers would mess with the goods so that can't be helped. Finally, the guy in charge of the tech department is great to chat with about nuts & bolts issues. Not too many physical stores left that a person can go to - besides MC, there are the office supply stores & Best Buy &, to a limited degree, department stores like Target - so I'm happy they've maintained a presence here & hope they continue to do so.

I have never been so upset. I came into your store and it was great at first. Was told they'd exchange my MSI whose motherboard had gone out only in a short period of time. They then informed me they did not have my PC in stock, but they would get me with a representative to find something of equal power and value. I head back and talk to Danny who just seems to eager to sale me something when I explain to him that I need the power to match. He points to a random computer right off the bat. I had a GTX 870M 3GB graphics card with a Higher processor in mine. But he tells me that this 960M 2GB with a lower Processor can do everything mine could do. I asked him this over and over telling him what I needed it for and he said oh yeah, and went straight to trying to sell me a warranty. So thinking he knew what he was talking about I drive the 1 hour 1/2 back home, to find out it cant do alf of what my old can do. I have tried to get someone to call me back and yet no reply.... Its a very long way for me to travel back to the store just to be told the same thing again. I want to make sure they can have my same computer specs there before I drive back again. Very dis-satisfied and am still trying to get someone to reach back to me before my 15 Days is up.

Yesterday I went into Micro Center, and I was greeted by an employee, asking if we needed help. We said we need help building a gaming computer, and we didn't know what parts we wanted. He helped us by getting every single part, and we went to look around, and the employee brought our cart filled with parts to us. This store has great satisfaction.

When I first went to micro center I dropped off my laptop and got very rude service from the man who talked to me and made me feel stupid. I then got a call later in the day from my tech, Will. He was very nice over the phone and explained my dilemma to me. When I went to pick up my laptop the next day, it was fixed in a short amount of time, I had Shaun help me out. He was very personable and did a great job and made me feel better about leaving my laptop there. Then my tech Will came up to talk to me and I thanked them so much. Expect for the first counter person who helped me I will be back with anymore problems I have!

I like their products however there customer service is the worst. I tried calling two different days back to back only to get the answering machine both times. I feel like this is disrespectful to any consumers that actually are trying to contact them for anything I guess I will drive there in person to voice my concerns and hopefully resolve my issue.
