When I first went to micro center I dropped off my laptop and got very rude service from the man who talked to me and made me feel stupid. I then got a call later in the day from my tech, Will. He was very nice over the phone and explained my dilemma to me. When I went to pick up my laptop the next day, it was fixed in a short amount of time, I had Shaun help me out. He was very personable and did a great job and made me feel better about leaving my laptop there. Then my tech Will came up to talk to me and I thanked them so much. Expect for the first counter person who helped me I will be back with anymore problems I have!

Service was fine, but found out very painfully that their returns take FIVE days to credit back to your credit card when returned. Of course the payment went through in minutes. Would have NEVER purchased the system at the time (didn't know if my computer just needed a power supply or was dead, and I use it for work from home). If I knew I wouldn't receive the credit back for a business week I would have taken my chances with the power supply. This was supposed to be an easy fix and turned into a major headache, as I spent over a thousand dollars on the PC.

I have been shopping here approximately 15 times over the past 6 years. I have always had a better price on the products I have purchased than could be found anywhere else. Customer service has been satisfactory, answered any of my questions, and dealt well with the one problem I did have. Thank you Micro Center.

I like their products however there customer service is the worst. I tried calling two different days back to back only to get the answering machine both times. I feel like this is disrespectful to any consumers that actually are trying to contact them for anything I guess I will drive there in person to voice my concerns and hopefully resolve my issue. This store is really bad. I bought a TV from them when I opened the box it had a scratch in the back so I did go back just to exchange it couple of days later and I have my receipt. They completely refused to help telling me based on "manager desecration " I have to call the manufacturer. The little price difference is not worth shopping here might as well go to reasonable place. Very very poor customer service ....

I'm no amateur when it comes to technology. Micro Center provides GREAT consistency in disappointment. They are always overpriced, while they do carry a larger selection of good brands than most consumer tech stores, they also carry an absurd amount of obscure and sketchy brands. Their prices are overrated, and be wary of the salespeople, they all get commission so they try to pressure and persuade you on what to buy. The store is very messy and the line to checkout is typically long, so make sure you give yourself an extra 10-20 mins for checkout.

Looking to build my first PC at home, so I headed to MicroCenter. I was greeted by a nice staff and was easily shown which parts I needed. I was helped by a man by the name of Lorenzo Winters. He made sure I had all the correct parts for my budget and ensured me that I had a great build. Also when selecting a keyboard a younger dude by the name of Abraham Morgan helped me select the right keyboard for me, he was very knowledgeable on the current models. Since this was my first experience assembling a PC, I had few wires plugged in wrong, so I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on. I went back to the store and Lorenzo had a look. He plugged them in the right place in seconds and it was up and running in no-time. I am extremely happy with my purchase and very impressed with the staff! Can't wait to go back, Thanks Microcenter
