Here is my new belt from CrossBreed Holsters. Stylish and practice. Can replace buckle - I measured mine to accommodate a silver buckle that my family gave me.

I had the less expensive, plastic version of this hand/wrist exerciser. This steel equipment is to the plastic version what a Ducati Multistrada is to a Honda 70!

One advantage of Force on Force training is that things often do not go as planned, and one must quickly adjust.

When I read the other reviews, I thought, "These people are just disgruntled over some slight." I have been to other RRS stores and have had good experiences. I would never go to this store had I know how little the folks actually knew about shoes. I was telling them what shoes I should use. Try out the running store in Burlingame instead. They actually know shoes and know running.
