Hubby and I took our kids there this evening. Service was absolutely exceptional. Our waitress gave suggestions, allowed me to sample a few wines before buying, and was incredibly responsive. The food was incredible and portions large enough we will have left overs tomorrow! Thank you for being amazing.

Being honest...food was very good for what it was. But, this is a restaurant that serves Italian food but far far from an Italian restaurant. When you order your menu item that is all that is brought to your table. No bread, no salad, no cheese, no fresh pepper. I ordered Ravioli Zucca for $14 and the 10 pieces of ravioli tasted good but that is all you get. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our server, Craig, was not very attentive to our table. When the appetizer was brought, we had to ask for plates and bread, otherwise it was just a plate of spreads with only our fingers to place it on. We asked for a pitcher of water, he said he could only fill our glasses. He did not come and check if we needed anything after we were served our main meal. The food was good, but this kind of service spoiled the experience. I believe the hostess came by, but I don't know she didn't introduce herself, she asked if everything was good.! She left as quickly as she came. What happened to good customer service and the customer is always right. After waiting 30 minutes, we did not even receive, "your food will be up soon". I will not be back.

Food was absolutely amazing and so was the staff! Our waiter was fantastic and helpful when we were ordering, and the food came out super quickly. Best Italian I've ever had. Will definitely be visiting again soon. :)

Unfortunately, there are a lot of reasons we did not like this place. First, the lady at the bar acted like she could not be bothered to greet us when we came in. She looked at us and ignored us twice before realizing nobody else was coming to seat us and finally said hi. Then, we discovered that the happy hour menu is not available to customers not seated at the bar. Pretty lame. There are lots of good happy hour options in Salem where you don't have to be seated anywhere special. Their beer selection was light, but not a big deal for an Italian place. The real kicker was that the food was just not good. Both of our pastas were so seriously overcooked, they had the consistency of mashed potatoes. The salad was swimming in dressing. The meat was overcooked and over seasoned. We really love to discover new places in town, but we will not be back. This reminds me of the type of food options we had in Salem 10 years ago. There are many better choices now. The nice waitress gave it the 2 star rating, everything else was a big thumbs down.

This place was very disappointing! My boyfriend and I had dinner here and had to go somewhere else and get something else to eat! The atmosphere is very comfortable but the service was not great! I ordered a dirty martini that was anything but, not that our server (who was the bartender!) knew it because he never asked me how it was. He also never asked us how our food was or refilled our drinks. He came back to bring our check when we were finished, which didn't take long because the portions were So Small! The food was good, but far from homemade and far from Real Italian! There was no bread with anything and no salad with your meal. Just not what you expect for the price by far!

Very good food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. I felt like the food was authentic enough, and they didn't overload their pasta with sauce just for the sake it. There isn't a huge beer selection, but what they have is top-notch. If you're planning to stop in on the weekday, show up after 6 so you don't have to pay for parking.
