They have great pasta meals in here. They are so wonderful in here as well. They really know how to treat their customers in the most welcoming and warmest way.

This week was my second time to dine at this restaurant. First one was really enjoyable. Took our neighbors (couple) to thank them for helping us out so much. Second time--- my husband and I were there for lunch. My dish was the tortellini. I noticed when the waiter sat it in front of me it had an off odor to it. I commented this to the waiter and my husband. Ate half of it thinking it was just me perhaps. When I got home I had stomach cramps, and developed diarrhea. We decided it was the food. I returned it the next afternoon and was given a very unfriendly treatment by one of the waiters. The waiter said the manager was not there and would return for the 4:00 shift. I called them from home to let them know of my experience. Have yet to receive any reply from them. I won't be going back to this restaurant again! Obviously they don't care. Be careful when you eat there.

I've never worked at a finer establishment in my life. As employees we have obviously eaten here. And my dish of choice is always the pizza. We use fresh meats that we would use for our pastas on the pizza along with our fresh vegetables. I would say it's to die for. Anyway come in and try our pizza or tour of Italy. You won't be disappointed

When they had the smaller location and first opended up across the street in the back corner I was amazed how good the food and service was. Then over time it went slightly down hill. It was still OK but too pricy for the quality. Then they moved into the same building La Paz used to be at. I brought my family there and a visiting guest from NYC. They're all Italians not me, all originally from NY. It took about 1.5 hours to get seated. The food we ordered was not fresh, did not taste good and my guest's food was not warm. Major disappointment! I miss it when they first started out, the quality then was outrageous. We have not been back since.

I've never experienced better customer service than sitting at Luciano's table with my family on Mother's Day. We had a party of almost 20, and he was attentive, pleasant, and entertaining the whole time. Oh, and the food was excellent too. The authentic Italian experience far and away beats all of the pretender chains.

Worst experience of any italian restaurant. Mediocre food and terrible customer service including management.

Visited for lunch and the place was empty except for two very large parties (20+ people). There was a sign that said "seat yourself" so we found a table and waited, and waited, and waited. After 45 minutes a waiter finally arrived and complained he was being distracted from the large party (and possible large tip). His demeanor was curt and rushed, he explained absolutely nothing about the restaurant or menu, quickly took our orders and disappeared. The food came out, cold and severely overlooked. I'd have sent it back except the waiter never came back to find out if we were satisfied. We got a different person to box our food (maybe the dog will eat it) and bring our check. The same person took our payment but the waiter did return to drop off the receipt-- never even asking how our experience was. Needless to say' first and last visit. Food quality is garbage, service is worse. If any business deserves to fail this is it.

My wife and I had a really great experience here. They just seemed to operate really well. We were seated within 15 minutes even though there were about five couples ahead of us. Our waitress was great. They also serve you a ton of food. Our waitress gave us salad and about ten rolls with marinara sauce; couple that with our entrees and we ended up with enough left overs for an extra meal for both of us. The only knock I would give the food is that their salads use iceberg lettuce. I think romaine would be much better.
